Good work

FRBSF use a channel flow model, employees and employers finding each other through a network. They measure the flow rate and discover the network complexity and congestion.  Channel theory, great work.They find hiring networks are OK, then mass layoffs flood the neworks to congestion.  The networks need rebuilding to put labor back into structured queues. Hence the limitcycle on unemployment.
