Many many more jobs with sandbox

The automatic  pricing system makes no assumption about human disabilities.

From the point of view of deliveries, someone in the oleander bushes can get a bike and deliver boxes. That person has a secure element, likely on a work list. The sandbox will find boxes to deliver, economically.  More precisely, the number of available jobs is not limited by the distribution of reasonable skills.

If real estate appraiser can climb roof and walk lot, then the real estate notaries call them whenever the pipeline says:

"Wait two days for appraisal."

The statement causes the secure kernel to pause the protocol and kick this out to the real estate notary bot.  The real estate notary bot is friends with an IBM Watson in smart layer managing real estate appraisals. A human thumbprint is getting the call.

Auto mechanics,  road engineers, consultants of any variety, connected in uber fashion to some set of specialized notaries.  Notaries know the way around contract law (protocol theory) and then have connections to smart layer as needed to fulfill their duty.

Sandbox thrives on  human measured assets, appraisals are very coherent with humans banging on their smart cards. The more measure value, the more deliveries per available inventory space. Human appraisers eat dirt, cheap labor.
