NBA stats

My theory says three tiers, tiers separated by tradebook error.  But within each tier, they are within tradebook error.

Thus is the nature of economics; owner deals trade players, causing flow of talent. Hawkins says, sphere packers got  flow, sphere packers will quantize. To avoid jamming the talent flow, owners only trade when their inside information exceeds tradebook error.

I don't have many pages in my economics text.

They prefer calculated abd dogmatic

David Brooks Describes Anti-Gun March as 'Very Moderate'
They are, after all, a well regulated  militia, and bear a wide variety of arms. I need them for my common defense in my hometown.  They can be as militant as they need to be.

Regulated militias defending us are everywhere

Private security, neighborhood patrols, school defenders.

All of them connected to a public command and control. Subject  to review.  The arms match the task, un-needed large caliber placed in secure armory. The militias are part of local regulations on arms, and the courts enforce all three parts of the Second.

Individual self defense rules apply, but we will review  your 'wheres and whys', denying you high caliber or repeaters, as needed. Arms match the task, you report for review.

If it is your hobby, keep the target pistols and rifles, the high caliber and repeater stuff remains under security at the gun club.

Simple, all three parts, get with the program as we are much better at this than any NRA nut, and we bear lots of arms

Not well regulated, not for the common defense

High-capacity magazines given at gun rights rally

If Al Queda had a rally and passed out AR15?  Roy Moore's church is certainly full of armed nuts.

This political rally is not a well regulated militia, though I admit to the possibility that political groups might keep arms in an armory, obey local gun regulations and submit to review; thus meeting the condition to bear arms as the Second requires.

This rally was a clear attack on 2/3 of the Second amendment, hence good defenders of the Second would have bombed the ass holes to oblivion, the same way we bomb deranged armed religious psychos.  These were NRA terrorists, or an offshoot. Our experience chasing terrorists in the middle east will come in handy.

More accurate

TARA PARKER-POPEAre today’s teenagers smarter and better than we think?

Teenagers are constructing their future with more accurate tools. Hence they observe the current imbalances better then do their elders.

It is in all our duty to allow the youth their natural default rights. Natural because they were not born when the elders cast the huge wall of debt.

Riddle me this, Ted Nugent

There were 42,249 deaths due to accidental opioid use in 2016. Opioids were responsible for 66% of all deaths due to drug overdoses in 2016

Half of these deaths were rural among white, mostly male; exposed to the NRA 'guns are the manly family value' culture. They get the guns, but the family does not follow, they become dangerous.

So, as the Second commands, we organized a militia for the common defense where our right to bear arms was chemical weapons. We poison these kids to death, as if they were dangerous NRA terrorist capable of mass shootings.

And you, Ted Nugent, want to throw away two thirds of the Second amendment, the two thirds that command us to hunt down and extinguish NRA nuts, you are unamerican, give us back our right to poison NRA nuts.

Here's The One-Legged Vet's Response To David Hogg That Is Going Viral

Ignorant assed horse manure from Daily caller. Who is the idiot?
SCOTT MOREFIELD, what a stupid idiot.

I can find all sorts of one armed, two legged, one fingered, etc.  But I don't, because I am not some nutcase writer from the Daily Caller.

Self preservation

These monkeys surprised scientists by sharing even more when no one was looking

These monkeys don't like other monkeys seeing you give food away. I would guess it is because the other monkeys will want it.

I am a dualist, we both  propagate the  species and build walls against personal threat.  The authors in this great study focus on genetic propagation.  However, there is evolution inside us among the mitochondria, the winner of that battle is the mitochondria that best preserves the host, not really propagate the host. We are a dual system, an ecosystem. Self preservation and sex are mostly in conflict.

Urban campers for LA

Plenty of room in LA, and they all have an invitation from the mayor.  Nancy is our greeter, she has already chosen a few thousand camp sites in downtown LA.  Being special, the California election authority giving them three votes per person.

Movie pass could become digital money

As MoviePass grows, so do the ripple effects — and concerns — for moviegoers, local theaters
And what a great idea to capture customers who love the big screen.

The Movie Pass needs to be tradable and not a subscription.   Small independent movie companies should sell movie pass discounts in advance to cover part of film costs up front.  Make it a dual currency pricing system, like frequent flyer/  The studio prices as a discount from posted theater prices.

After making movie pass tradable, we have decentralized the subscription fee, allowing  an estimator  of congestion pricing on a movie by  movie basis.

The company wants to go this route, but they are hung up on the Netflix model which doesn't apply. Sandbox method:
Find the bet, set up the pit and we get Wiener process. Sort of a standard sandbox tool kit.  You want proof? Look how Coinbase does it.

Why is the movie pass ATM card proprietary?  Everyone needs the standard intelligent, secure and multi-currency card.

Using the Second for its original purpose

Ezra, you engage in cover ups, like Dean Baker

Sam Harris, Charles Murray, and the allure of race science

Ezra Klein is not worth reading here because he has already eschewed science in favor of the talking points.  Dean has that issue. Kevin Drum has the same problem, bound by the Overton window frules in the talking points.  Hence, we mostly ignore the  postings, why waste our time.  We generally ignore DeLong for  the same reason.

Why Trumpster will be re-elected

In Angry Tweetstorm, Trump Renews Attack On Amazon, Demands "Fake Washington Post" Register As Lobbyist

Any dem candidate would run and hide on this issue.

It opens the whole can of worms on corruption and TBTF banking. The Amazon problem, like the California public sector problem wipes out all the 40 years of frictionless, and bogus economic theory. We are simply defaulting because the latest MIT version was the same fraud committed each time we default.

Tap tap shopping, the fantastic way to shop

Octopus Cards — “Octopus Cards Limited today launched a new feature to enhance the Octopus App for Business, allowing merchants to accept Octopus card payment through their NFC mobile devices. Users of all Octopus cards and products (including Smart Octopus in Samsung Pay) can simply tap on the merchants’ NFC mobile devices — which can now serve as Octopus readers for easy payments.”

This was the plan, we now add bearer cash to the mobile phones.

You can bet your goodies that Apple, even Timmy himself, is now discovering the digital equivalent of paper cash.    It is almost as if we all discovered that 'This time is the same as last time', we are simply much faster, automated, and better at it.

Central banks pursue digital bearer assets

This is IBM pursuing opportunities in crypto.  One should discount the importance of blockchain and enhance the importance of digital bearer asset.  Also one can ignore the concept of 'fiat' is is a badly used term, part of the 'This time is different..'.  Any digital curr3ncy has a digital bearer asset format, ot the currency is gone, soon.  No real digital cash, no currency, blockchain is completely irrelevant to the principle. The idea of eliminating cash was horseshit, simply some bozos attempting another fake 'This time is different' theory.

Also, a point IBM is having trouble with.  Once we have digital cash we get digital assets of all variety via the personal contract.  The title to my house can be shipped around digitally as long as I thumb print the contract, it is law.  This idea is becoming consensus as I see folks using token beare asset rather than currency so as to generalize the concept.
Over the past year, Lund says he's met with 20 central banks exploring the potential benefits of issuing their own fiat cryptocurrency on a blockchain.Specifically, he described the "most durable digital asset" as one that is "issued by a central bank that represents a claim on fiat deposits in the real world," but still maintains "some semblance of monetary policy."Though he wouldn't reveal the names of most of the central banks with which he's meeting, he described them as largely comprised of banks from the G20, an international forum with members including China, Russia, the U.S. and the EU.Lund further described the central banks as "clients in some capacity." Based on these conversations, he said he expects the first central banks to issue a fiat currency on a blockchain will be "the smaller ones" with a high concentration of interest in Asia and North America.

All the banks  need to get bearer cash is a Swift command called 'Lock deposit account', and the lock function means the account is treated like a safe deposit  box.   Until the account is unlocked, the account owner can use the money as bearer cash.  But bearer cash contracts are robotically enforced,. How the bearer cash network enforces cash rules is not necessarily some blockchain. We have a variety of notary based bearer network enforcements.  The fake here is the bitcoin version of 'This time is different'. That part can be ignored, this is mostly about doing the digital equivalent of the $20 bill, an exact duplication, as I have stated endlessly.

Simple technology, that is not an issue. The main issue facing central banks is that the last version of 'This time is different' has run its course.

NRA terrorist in defeat

Laura Ingraham Announces Week Off Air As Advertisers Flee

The good guys correctly interpreting the Second.

Trump trying to make interest payments

Trump Freezes Funds for Syrian Recovery, Signaling Pullback

He cannot meet interest payments except via debt. His budget is worthless because the interest payments threaten discretionary spending.  He is facing a severe pull back everywhere, or default. We choose default.  This time is the same as last time, sandbox rules, no fakes allowed.

Free entry and exit, go back to chapter one

It is not globalization. It is Dan, himself, who bought into the fiction that evolution is dead, a profound error invented out of thin air as part of the 'This time is different' fake in the original MIT plot.  Ever since the original plot, all advances in economics came from the finance sector.  So in sandbox we decided to skip the fakery all together and build the ''This time is time same as last time' theory.

We are neither pundits, nor blockchainers.  We blindly implement the mechanism for free entry and exit, and let the chips fall where they may. We do not exchange secret emails to formulate a new fake.

Mueller should apply a little math

Post Office subsidies

Here’s Why Trump Went Postal on Amazon
Read the article and you will find Congress helping to cover Jeff's shipping costs.  Who is responsible? Both repubs and dems. This is sufficient cause for default by the millennials, a pure rip off by Congress.

This is why most  theories fail in economics. The system is flowing with insider friction which  makes mincemeat out of most academic economics. They have no discoverable equilibrium.

Sandbox fixes this, kanosians will have to mark their  idiocy to market as sandbox exposes it directly.  This is also the reason Silicon Valley drags their feet on sandbox tech.

Someone  like Trump would spot this immediately as an outsider. Congress is freaked out that they will be caught taking money from the poor and giving it to rich.  This idea of calling it as he sees it  will get Trump fre-elected. His opponents cannot campaign if  they are insiders promising to protect Overton, Trump don't care and will call that out.

Got my vote

13-year-old gubernatorial candidate supports tougher gun laws
Ethan Sonneborn, of Bristol, says if he were governor of Vermont, he would sign legislation to tighten the state's gun laws.
These kids are also becoming my sandbox champions and will fully understand the necessity of a Swamp default. Never again will some kid go to college and learn a 'This time is different'  fake theory.

For now we are happy to see them try their hand at extinguishing NRA terrorists. The experience will help them take on the TBTF system.

Yes, go after the nut

David Hogg, the Parkland shooting survivor who has become a high-profile gun-reform advocate after the Feb. 14 mass murder of 17 people, on Friday turned his attention to Sen. John McCain, the top recipient of National Rifle Association money in Congress."Why do you take so much money from the NRA?" Hogg, 17, asked in a reply to a McCain Twitter message about the Phoenix-area "Rio Reimagined" redevelopment project that was launched Friday.
McCain votes for massive debt. He declares war on a regular basis, And he participated in LBJ's genocide in Viet Nam. So  I am not surprised he is NRA  terrorist, put him on the target list.

BENJAMIN DIERKER, horse manure

The right to keep and bear arms is a natural right.

We have no natural right to weapons that is why the words, 'well regulated militia' and 'common defense' comes to play. You invented the right out of thin air without authority.

NRA nuts might have sex with their steel pipes, but there is nothing natural about it.

The post office is destroying jobs

"It's Destroying Jobs And Destroying Value" - Former Walmart US CEO Explains Why Trump Is Right About Amazon
It is government delivery subsidies that  made Amazon.  It is the little folks who are taxed to support Jeff's billions.

Wrong approach Scott

Why stop at price level targeting?
by Scott Sumner of EconLog: Library of Economics and Liberty

Scott, back on NGDP targeting.

NGDP targeting means target the currency outstanding. Let commerce split the difference between inflation and growth.  Member banks have that function, not the currency issuer.

Sandbox S&L really targets the bit error function, the market making risk for the currency release function.   The effect is that member banks can target NGDP all by themselves without any help.

Anyone talking about central banks needs to correct the MIT fallacy.  The central bank is not a monopoly, it gets about 70% of the currency market, and that percentage varies in the cycle.  Assuming the MIT myth gets us in a whole lot of trouble.

Making a larger crash

Here we have the classic 'this time is different'.

When the created the Euro, they constructed the architecture under the assumption of balance at infinity.  Now they have wandered into a trap, discovering there is no infinity. There is no infinity in which Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain finally get balance.

Instead, they discover the trap and default. We get the generational default, except the 'this time is different ' theory is now sandbox, and sandbox accepts default as natural. Our  theory is that this time will be the same as last time.

Periodic defaults

MISES WIREThe Looming Mortgage Liquidity Crisis
Every 10 years or so there is a banking crisis. We are due.
The ten year period is correct, though it tends to land on the eight year presidential cycle.  It is in the chart, an 85% chance.

Kanosians claim this is not true, crisis happens in smaller amounts, at irregular intervals because government is counter cyclical.

But one notices the kanosians never show the chart.  It was never true, the MIT stupids made the fake theory to pretend the 'Thus time is different' thing. Sandbox fixes the fraud and provides for random defaults every so often.

Good news

Secession Is Going Mainstream
Sandbox wants the Overton window expanded to prevent another bogus 'this time is different' theory. Secession, active or passive, us alive and well. It is not evil, and we should thank the secessionists for keeping the Swamp less fraudulent.

UK stops Ruskie attempted nerve gas attack.

UK police reportedly boarded a Russian Aeroflot A-321 which arrived from Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow to London's Heathrow airport on Thursday, ordering the crew off the plane for an unannounced inspection, and offering no explanation. Russia’s Foreign Ministry called the unexpected search a "provocation", claiming international rules were breached.
Putin,  your mafia friends are not all that smart. Try thinking this through.

Take Illinois for example

Why do they suffer the forced migration, poverty and crime. Because they operate under the assumption that governments do not default.  But Illinois defaulted years back, they have a mountain of unpaid bills earning penalties, these are not pensions.  The back due bills are unpayable, Illinois would have done themselves a big favor by defaulting years ago rather than cause the suffering.

Who is most to blame?  The MIT crew from the 70s who told us this time was different, governments don't default. It was fraud, government purchased fraud.

Fiat money, the definition

I have a piece of paper rock dried mud, It will pay for 1/5 of my  purchases at the local hardware store, and the value is determined by fiat, I assume. I made no assumption that fiat means central bank, and as you can see, paper has nothing to do with it.

So why do we hear fiat associated with central banking?  Mises, the socialist, assumed that all money is central bank money.  Another of the incorrect assumptions that plague the semantics of banking.

Fiat and central banking are separate issues, keep them separate. This is another case where the economist adopts jargon that makes him appear fraudulent. Fiat, the word, needs to be forgotten by bankers and returned to the dictionary.

In sandbox we do it correct, we start with competitive monetary systems and never  leave the framework.  We stick with chapter one of econ 101, competition with free entry and exit.

Chapter two suddenly insists that all monetary systems are central bank which is false. That assumption was the cheat inserted by MIT under government orders. It was done because we just had our generational default in 73 and government needed to fake a 'This time is different' formula.

We are not continuing the MIT stupidity this time. We are saying, no time is different, we always default. And we intend to default in smaller amounts less often, a small innovation. In other words, too late we figured it out before Trump could buy off another batch of MIT stupids.

The trade deficit is peaceful evolution

Misconceptions about Trade Deficits

Tim Taylor goes through the misconceptions of free trade and fails to notice his own successful argument.

When trade rebalances, it is done with capital inflows.  Capital inflow is a foreigner coming to the US to manage production better than we can.  That is called evolution, it is why trade deficits don't matter.  Why would Tim not simply state the obvious and point out that without evolution we would still be apes.

It is Tim, denying his own arguments, that contribute to the misconception.  Softbank is in town, with $100 billion in investable capital from trade surpluses, and an army of superior west African apes.  The obvious conclusion, evolution still happens, is so hidden by the economist that much of the what they say comes out as fraud, unnecessarily.

I suggest that creationism us alive and well among economists, mainly to please their audiences. But an economist should generally know that evolution is an ongoing process.  If Tim is restricted from the truth, that is a fault of the profession, otherwise he basically gets it right.

The Second allows us to wipe out NRA terrorists

“NOBODY WANTS TO TAKE YOUR GUNS AWAY”: Louisiana Democratic Party Chair Suggests Repealing the Second Amendment.

The Instapundit guy fails to get the concept. We have a wide variety of methods to wipe out NRA terrorists, including an Amazon boycott for supporting his web site.

We are not trashing the Second, we are using it to hunt down NRA terrorists

Matthew McConaughey Warns Texans of Gun ‘Epidemic’
The 48-year-old actor spoke at the Austin, Texas March for Our Lives, stating that he was there because he’s an American citizen, a proud Texan, a March for Our Lives believer, and, most importantly, because “I’m a father and I’m a husband.” Though he claimed that he wasn’t advocating for gun control, he asked that Second-Amendment supporters “take one for the team.”
Like any good conservative group, we  hunt terrorists.

The terrorist happen to be NRA, but we still accept the Second, all parts of it.  The repubs simply happen to be idiots in the way, but we don't care, we will also hunt down repub terrorists, like Rubio.

The Jonseys are not that smart

ALEX JONES SON CHALLENGES DAVID HOGG TO A GUN DEBATE...

Dave and his advisors can decide this, but I would suggest that anyone in the Jones clan need be ignored.

My reading is that the Second commands us to extinguish the Jones clan, after all they are NRA terrorists and Dave runs the well regulated militia that is eliminating NRA terrorists for the common defense. So, skip the debate and keep on regulating and growing the militia to fight NRA terrorists. Any and all weapons are available to Dave as long as he maintains command and control.

ACCOUNTABILITY: A Kansas bill could make schools liable for shootings if they don’t arm teachers.

If I  know Kansas Repubs, this looks like a terrorist plot.

We will find out if Kansas insures a well regulated command and control of the weapons. Repubs not likely to figure it out, so let us just plan to vote the Repub terrorists out.  In fact, anytime a repub mentions weapons, they are likely planning terrorism.

When deranged religious psychos declare war

Two Israeli F-35 fighter jets entered Iranian airspace over the past month, Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida reported on Thursday. The act is a signal of heightened regional tensions, especially in light of recent Israeli military attacks in Syria, including against Iranian bases in the country.
Sources quoted in Al-Jarida stated that two stealth fighters flew over Syrian and Iraqi airspace to reach Iran, and even targeted locations in the Iranian cities Bandar Abbas, Esfahan and Shiraz.
Some schizoid persian declares war, it is not a religious expression. War declarations have consequences, including the permission for the enemy to fly into you nation and bomb the shit out of you.

The Fed targets 2% inflation

St. Louis Fed Ironically Concerned That Americans Lack Retirement Savings

And for six years the one year savings rate was .15%, so saving cash was a bad idea.  The .15% rate was there to bail out swamp.  But that is the central bank job, insure against Swamp default, so dunno why the Fed now complains.

OK, but you have to admit he is part dufas

Eric And Don Jr. Hit Back At Jeb: We Love Our Father
I like Trump because he forces issues and we are not left waiting for a bunch of economists to fake it.  Imagine listening to Hillary drone on about central planners, pretending up to the sudden default.  I think Trump will default better than FDR or Nixon, he has had practice.

South Korea, meanwhile, negotiated a permanent steel-tariff exemption in exchange for allowing additional U.S. auto imports. But the claim of a “renegotiated” Korea-U.S. free-trade agreement should be viewed with skepticism. U.S. automakers already don’t export the allowable number of cars into South Korea today, let alone the expanded number. And South Korean car exports, the main sources of the trade imbalance, were left alone. It was a limited, face-saving deal that everyone can tout as “preventing” a trade war.  – New Republic

The Trumpster is looking increasingly like a fool.

Too many diplomats anyway

Russia is expelling 150 Western diplomats in retaliation for its own diplomats being kicked out after the spy poisoning

Russia is smaller than Calizuela, no reason to have all those diplomats, especially since the Ruskie mafia runs the place. Russia has a declining population with a broken finance system, the mafia will screw the place.

Still supporter of NRA terrorism

I Apologize To David Hogg

Little browns send their taxes to the wrong person

Tesla Asks for Model 3 Factory Volunteers to Prove ‘Haters’ Wrong

The Calizuela legislature just wrote Elon a 2 billion dollar check, now the little browns get a pay cut.  All of this horseshit the result of uneducated environmentalists in Calizuela.

Florida county official plans more school attacks

A Florida county commissioner defended comments he made earlier in March calling the Parkland shooting students “miscreants” and “little monsters.”

That would be Escambia County. The are sending unregulated NRA terrorists to attack Florida school kids.  March for our Lives is working up a plan for well regulated militia engagement resulting  on the destruction of all the county terrorist bandits.

Well regulated militia

After School Board Rejects NRA Donation To High School Rifle Team, Community Responds In A HUGE Way

Correct.

Well regulated militias for the common defense are the natural enemy of NRA terrorists.  We do not take money from them,  we bear arms and take it from them,  then we drive  them into the woods.

State and local budget crunch

Holy Moly! Look What You Pay In State And Local Taxes

Too late to save the system.

Calizuela, mainly, is implementing their fourth or fifth tax hike.  Businesses not really hiring, most employment gains are due to Obamacare, and those rates are a rising tax.Calizuela cannot be fixed, once Gavin is sure of his appointment as governor, the private sector will go on strike. Taxes stop flowing and we clean house.

And gets federal post office subsidies

Trump: "Amazon Pays Little Or No Taxes, Puts Thousands Of Retailers Out Of Business"

And there in lies the failure of American economics. Once the kanosian subsidies start, they are not stopped until the generational crash.  We have to live with Jeff Bezos by order of the liberal conspiracy.  Each generation escapes the kanosian trap via default, and millennials will do the same.

March for our lives need better militia commanders

Did you hear about San Jose man’s arrest for bringing a gun to March for Our Lives? Few did.

March for our Lives needs to insure the guns are under command and control, especially if engaging in  militia action against the NRA terrorists.  Make sure your strike teams have sufficient training, the guns are kept in armory except when on patrol, and obey local gun rules.  These kind of checks and balances is how we defeat NRA terrorist.  Remember, the Second gives us the right to drive NRA terrorists out of public society.

Conservative has never been defibed

Do progressives want any serious intellectual media space where conservative and progressive ideas clash?

Dave French over atb NRO wants conservatives to have a place among the intellectuals.

Except, no one knows what a conservative is and most so called conservative policy involves central government running up the debt.  Someone explain what a conservative is and I can help find them a hiding place.

I myself am a secessionist.

Interest charges grew a similar amount

The Debt Crisis Is On Our Doorstep
President Trump’s recently released budget is a wake-up call. It projects that this year, a year of relatively strong economic growth, low unemployment and continued historically low interest rates, the deficit will reach $870 billion, 30 percent greater than last year.
It  is here next recession. What can Powell do? He does not want to be the banker who allows default on the 2 trillion in QE, but he cannot dump it in time.   The answer is default, try opportunistic wiping out parts of the Fed debt holdings. Direct, immediate inflation, can't miss it, no index needed, it becomes inflation by fiat.

Here is the puzzler

Smart folks, including the good doctor, know that the appointment was patronage by Trumpster himself, master of patronage.

Who knows what the VA even is? One group does, smart people like the good doctor, and most other smart people, all of whom know he is basically unqualified, including the good doctor himself.

The great mass of little Browns who pay his salary have no clue, they are not even seeing this picture. Everyone, including the good doctor himself, knows this.

So why is he faking it in the picture? Why doesn't he just acknowledge the patronage appointment?  Faking it makes him look mentally ill, delusional about who and what he is, like that Kushner kid.

This is a common problem with Swampsters, they often appear weirdly out of context as they fake it, like they suffer serious delusions.  Jerry Brown avoids the problem, he tells he truth in riddles, and skips the delusions.  Most of the other politicians out here, like Gavin, are simply blithering idiots.

TBTF anxiety

Fed mistakes could spark ‘unusually fast’ bear market, ‘lost decade’ for stocks
“What matters for investors is that any decline is likely to be unusually rapid and occur as a result of P/E compression, resulting from policy risks not weak GDP,” he wrote in a research report. “Investors need a bit more acrophobia, as our best model points to a bear market and lost decade for stocks.”Bannister argued the new Fed, under Powell, “wishes to fade the ‘Fed put,’” or the idea that the central bank would step in to prop up falling equity prices. “The cost may be a 16% P/E drop,” he wrote, referring to price-to-earnings, a popular measure of equity valuation.

Read between the lines.  Under current TBTF rules the new regime appears suddenly, like the Nixon shock.  It took ten years for the economy to adjust.

Powell don't like bailing the Swamp as the next bailout likely means uncoordinated default, the Nixon scenario with gold obligations.

The preference is that sandbox offer Powell a way out, a series of defaults using the auto traded pits.  Most likely Trump will pull the overnight shock, sandbox must be ready.

Ya think the Ruskie mafia would have some brains

After the first known offensive use of a chemical weapon on European soil since World War Two, Britain blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin for the attempted assassination and the West has expelled around 130 Russian diplomats.

Unemployment and inflation

If I use the implicit, I see little relation.

If I use an arbitrary set of prices, I can invent any relationship I want.

See that last recession?  The recovery was long because Gray Davis bankrupted the pensions in Calizuela and it took four years of the Fed pumping asset prices to keep Calizuela afloat.  We are still in serious trouble, one step away from Illinois.

In fact, note all the recessions seem coincident with federal regime change, making it look suspiciously like the Swamp is also bankrupt.

We can change an incorrect ruling

 David Harsanyi, The Federalist

Well regulated militia still exists, as does common security.

All the components needed to eliminate  the NRA terrorists are stated in the Second..  We have the full support of the literal text.  Once the repub gun runners are thrown out of office, the path is clear, if you have a gun you better be part of a well regulated militia. We can enforce the edict by bearing arms of all sorts in a well regulated manner.

Progressives determined to subsidize Jeff Bezos

Trump is determined to take down Amazon — and it could be terrible news for HQ2

The issue are the huge post office subsidies given to Jeff because kanosians take  money from us and give it to the wealthy.

Rick Santorum, loser gun nut

The 2006 United States Senate election in Pennsylvania was held November 7, 2006. Incumbent Republican Rick Santorum ran for re-election to a third term, but was defeated by Bob Casey, Jr.[1] Casey was elected to serve between January 3, 2007 and January 3, 2013. Santorum trailed Casey in every public poll taken during the campaign. Casey's margin of victory (nearly 18% of those who voted) was the largest ever for a Democratic Senate nominee in Pennsylvania, and the largest margin of victory for a Senate challenger in the 2006 elections.[2]When Casey took office two months later, he became the first Democrat sworn in for a full term in the Senate from Pennsylvania since Joseph S. Clark Jr. won a second term in 1962.
Rick Santorum, loser worthless gun nut, never should have been elected, another Roy Moore.

See NRA terrorism in action

State with well organized militias have fewer NRA gun nuts.

We achieved defeat of the NRA gun nuts by partly driving them into the woods with a bag of opioids. We use chemical weapons.

Belarus, a country that suffers from a bad reputation with politicians in the West, is now set to improve its image with western businessmen. On Wednesday, the close ally of Moscow, also called the last dictatorship in Europe, became a European leader as far as crypto freedoms are concerned. Comprehensive regulations, largely legalizing the crypto sector, are now officially in place.
Belarus works for me, and all we need is one place.

Legal history is immaterial for the Second

One problem with Stevens' position is that he is dead wrong about the legal history. His preferred reading of the Second Amendment has never been "uniformly understood."

Damon Root is confused about the law.

The three components to the Second are related, simple and a sufficient strict reading is all we need. Well regulated militia, common defense and bear arms.  We include private militias, but well regulated. Private, well regulated militias are a necessity to  provide common defense against NRA terrorists. We Second commands every citizen to hunt NRA terrorists.

Legally that is all we need, that and vote all politicians out if they support the NRA terrorists, or mainly vote out repubs. So, Demon, your puny legal mind is no match for our well regulated militia. Suggest you take your gun to the woods with a bag of  opioids and have sex with steel pipes.

Sell the peak day in the markets

Price volatility in the indices, up yesterday, down today, good thing. I think we might be disentangling the market from its almost 80% correlation with Treasury. Corporations becoming idiosyncratic.

QE was neutral?

Namely, it says if you draw a circle around banks, broker-dealers and the Fed, the amount of credit supplied to everyone outside the circle appeared to be unaffected by QE. Whereas the orthodox narrative holds that those outside the circle were forced to chase a restricted credit supply, the data tell a different story.
We knew the monetary cycles was driving down long term rates as debt/deflation took hold.  QE did not change tre trend, QE simply caused TBTF portfolios to adjust to cover the attempted bailout of Congress. Traders saw through the wizardry.

No, Rich Lowry, the Second labels them criminals

Yet none of that excuses their scurrilous smears of the other side in the gun debate. The student activists presume that there is a ready solution to mass shootings that everyone knows, and the only reason why someone might not act on this universally accepted policy is malice or corruption. This makes the other side the equivalent of murderers.
Rich Lowry is angry because he discovers he has been supporting unregulated militias not necessarily for the common defense. The repub failure to read the damn text is forcung them to political extinction. Suggestion to Rich, try reading the whole text before our well regulated militia drives him from the public sphere for advocating criminal behavior.

Rich might say that militias are archaic, I am evidence otherwise. I am an official member of a well regulated militia for the common defense, the NRA terrorist hunters. We obey every aspect of the Second, in fact the Second demands that we organize and hunt NRA terrorists.

Get better judges

Retired Justice Stevens argues for repeal of Second Amendment

Militias exist today,  to the extent the  militia does not exist, the gun is not allowed.  Militia is a necessity in the Second. The fact that judges are idiots is a result of retarded judges who cannot read. Disunion is what we do when Supremes cannot read, like that Sotomayor.

Militias remain, they are needed for well regulation, not an option, a requirement. We need the militias so we can legally hunt down the NRA terrorists.

They are neither crypto nor current.

Old people watching kitten videos

The top two categories say it all.

Well regulated militias in action

“The number of non-military federal officers with arrest and firearm authority (200,000+) now exceeds the number of U.S. Marines (182,000). Spending on guns, ammo and military-style equipment at 67 federal agencies – including 53 regulatory, administrative agencies amounted to $1.48 billion between 2006-2014. The IRS gun-locker is an example of this growing federal firepower. Nearly $11 million was spent on guns, ammo and military-style equipment for 2,316 ‘special agents’ during this period. The IRS stockpile includes pump-action and semi-automatic shotguns with buckshot and slugs; and semi-automatic AR-15 rifles (S&W M&P 15) and military-style H&K 416 rifles.”
This does not count the private militias who have well regulated gun inventory.  Well regulated militias keep track and maintain command and control, it is the power of the Second in action.

Not true

NGDP, on the other hand, does not make adjustments for the changing value of the dollar. NGDP gives the value of output in current dollar terms, without adjustments for inflation, of all output in the specified period of time.

NGDP will be stochastically wedged away from current tradebook debt quantities, we are not complete but deliberately congested.  Price uncertainty is larger than NGDP uncertainty, true.  Anything on the betting market inherits a tradebook uncertainty.

The standard S&L pit is an asynchronous NGDP bet between depositors and borrowers, when the current NGDP bet is out of error bounds, the market matchers computer the new estimate of NGDP. The pit is not a central bank, nor bank capital, it is a spreadsheet function.

Tucker Carlson is lightweight

The conversation eventually drifted into gun statistics, and The Daily Caller co-founder wondered why Thomas wasn’t calling for a ban on handguns since they are responsible for the majority of gun deaths in America.
Here is your answer Tucker:

The Second requires us to control hand guns via a command and control militia that is well regulated.  If the gun owner refuses to participated in the Second Amendment, we take their gun.

Neither Tucker, nor that Instapundit guy have the legal brains to defeat the argument.   We 'well regulate' all guns via the requirements of the Second, so that 'common security' from gun nuts is established.
Why did the founders add 'well regulated' and 'common security'?

Because they specifically wanted to avoid gangs of gun nuts running amok, especially gangs with guns threatening and intimidating commerce. The Second defends us against gun nuts like Tucker and the NRA, including most of the Daily Caller lunatics.

Our well regulated militia, even the private version, is allowed to get their guns from armory, meet and surround the home of an unregulated gun nut having sex with a steel pipe.  Sort of send the guy into the woods with a bag of opioids. Bail bonds people are a well regulated, private militia, for example, and they chase dysfunctional gun nuts.
