Urban camping in LA

Let sanitation handle it:
In 2016, as LA’s homeless population soared, city officials approved a new lawdesigned to cut down on the size of homeless encampments. It allows sanitation workers to seize bulky items and other possessions kept on streets and sidewalks after providing advance notice to owners.
The new arrivals are escapees from Illinois. Mexicans are going home. Commerce heading to Texas. Calizuela here we come.
