I think I finally have figured out why California is mandating solar panels on top of houses.
John Cochrane has solved the puzzle of the mandated roof solar panels. I take the other side, and drive it to the end.
Our problem is solar energy getting trapped in the earth-o-sphere because co2 inhibits IR radiation. I solve that with roof top irradiators. California mandates white light emitters on all houses, then each house will take all the useless solar energy from the grid and blast it out into space with massive white light LED emitters.
We eliminate the energy and do not have to build huge piles of lithium everywhere.
