Minimizing the number of nodes in deliveries

I am musing on the most significant measure in deliveries. A node on a distribution graph implies an inventory reshuffle and real goods queue management. Both expensive.

Hops are not visible to the consumer who prices time to deliver. We have the time relative to hops problem. We leave that problem to the delivery agent, generally a bidding bot under power of attorney.

This scheme is doable on Telegram.   Delivery agent pick region, then bid on time to delivery against consumers. The bidding can be over the counter, but the system lends itself to a two color pit problem, the pit boss matching routes to minimize hops. It is likely unstable, but that just means some 'if then' rules for edge cases.  Doable. build a pit, attach it to Telegram with some delivery ledger. The delivery ledger is as necessary as your crypto badge is weak. Once we have reliability, delivery dates almost always net.
