More camping spots in LA

LOS ANGELES — The Measure H sales tax increase has provided enough money to move homeless people off the streets and get them the services they need, but community support needs to be part of the solution, county officials said today.
They managed to house some 5,000 of the hopeless, but the meth trade in central valley is generating another 5,000 to replace them as we speak.  Then we have the thousands arriving from Illinois.  Then we have Texas shipping meth heads out to LA.

We are all sending them to LA, it is the cheapest place to camp for the nation's homeless and the weather is great down there.

And, to add insult to misery, the money they use was likely via a general obligation bond, and rates are rising along with mortgage rates.  Nor can they keep the kids in school, pension stress is raising class sizes.

But wait, it gets worse. The debt is paid via additional sales taxes and minimum wage increases.  The combined effect will be to throw another bunch into the streets.
