The stranded kids after the meth attack

About twenty years, the barrio has evacuated, moms dying, grandmas overwhelmed.

The left overs are these stranded, tattooed lost kids, sneaking at night, hiding in day.  The local junior college has skills training and housing money. The brain injury they suffer makes long recovery, they don't all make it. They will die at under fifty years, living in the oleanders.

If you understand the difference in cocaine distribution vs meth, you will get the problem. The latter truly is cartel based down to the retail level. It explodes on a community via preplanning.

So we see the need to cut through the PC, because we need a finer tool. We need to teach meth separately not as an educational about drugs but much closer to a Second amendment issue  (the well regulated part).  Cops need to drop the pot and cocaine, focus on involving neighborhood watch for cartel like planning. Communities also need keep an eye out for bribery. It is public and private militia action we need. We need that old style Catholic zeal from the hispanics, it is their california.
