My side gets welfare, not your side

House Budget Chairman Steve Womack’s fiscal 2019 budget resolution charts a path to balancing the budget in nine years through a combination of steep cuts in mandatory spending programs, freezing nondefense discretionary spending and banking on robust economic growth, according to a summary.

Without looking I would guess this welfare bum to be from Texas. 

 Note, his side gets the enhanced budget, your side gets the cuts.  The real world is that Texas welfare bums will give away the store for a few welfare dollars.  That means Steve Womack is planning on a mammoth budget deficit and economic crash.
