I doubt it. Ultimately blacks are the strongest advocate for police when the gun fighting starts. The problem is the rest of us, we wont support law and order in black communities because we get accused of racism.
Best political correct solution? Let black teenagers kill each other, the transaction costs of government too high to do anything useful. At some point either black common sense prevails, or we let evolution takes its toll.
