My tribe would be the secessionists, break large governments into smaller pieces. The last group of secessionists in California wanted a near communist government, horrid. But they are secessionists and I cheer them on.
Like being for proportional democracy. As long as it's proportional, the voters can screw themselves all they want, but will discover their error sooner. The philosophy is not enough there to make a tribe, it is just the mechanics of government goods flow, efficient or not. Efficiency defined by quick response by the voters.
