The two parties to a contract have agreement write n the traversal rules, one must say it is a fulfilment, and the other agrees or at least agfrees it meets one of a set of fulfilments. it has always been there, since forever, but it is enforceable, in software. Judge bot can show that absent some fulfilment, the join would be a complete traversal with no alternative. The human judge has the flow chart on contract term agreements, and the associated thumbprint verifies the signatures.
In a dispute, one party to a point of agreement both parties must say either Match or Break Break means good enough in this clause, move to the next clause. Match means, yes, agreed.
