Hardly object get their own symbol table

A few things are needed to run a stack, index and pointer. I include an accumulator and a symbol pointer. So an object gets local symbols. But they are just cell contents in Hardly, even strings are eight byte quantities. So, not being a Forth expert, whatever 'address at' operands I will easily implement with Hardly fast operands.  But if not default, the address at function needs stack identifier, like in cpp the hidden self thing. It will be Hardly noticed.
