The senators are mostly having primaries that favor the socialist view, NGD, Medicare for all, infrastructure, tax the wealthy.
But they have to vote on budget items, it is extaordinaries time. Hence they are caught in the bind of having to vote their socialist views before shifting center, and that means tax and sequester. Sequester is the not-present answer. The Dems also have to deal with Cuomo and his bunch complaining about exemption caps. California pushing education funds. I am having a hard time seeing Dems in either body assembling a budget.
