Who is making the Dem budget counter proposal?

I don't hear much from the Swamp crowd and we have begun the extraordinaries.  They have a problem.

Diane and her Ice melters vs AOC and her Ice melters.

Then, from the start of budget talks, the ten year was near 3%, then it sank to 2.6% then came the global downturn, then came a 1% growth rate, now their interest charges have gone up another 70 billion, from the last meeting. Too much volatility between meetings, like the Fed.

So, Nancy will be dragging her butt from meeting to meeting and the interest charges are jumping 50-70 billion per meeting, meaning she has to 'crawl back' (we will be hearing this a lot), but crawl back to her last meeting to change the figures.

She won't get caught up. She will get close, then it is the final nail, the tax and sequester meeting.  Except, California might be in the drink by then, suddenly, it is back to square one.

Nancy may not close and price the loop and government system has no discretionary adjustments left. I would go straight for one of two choices, tax and sequester off the starting liner, or partial default off the starting line. It is Euler or Hicks.
