Political divisions make US foreign policy unreliable, Saudi expert says

When repubs are in charge, they do an oil for defense deal with the Saudis, and get bombed by Al Qaeda. Then we elect a Democrats and we do an immigration deal with central america.

It makes no sense, and approaches insanity, but it is reliable.
