LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - California Governor Jerry Brown signed into law on Monday a bill allowing illegal immigrants to receive privately funded scholarships to attend the state's public colleges and universities. ReutersIf they have scholarships, they are not illegal, they are on student visa.
As a citizen of the Pacific States of America, I propose the following: If you can get any student in the world to sign up for an on-line college class then PSA will gladly accept a check from you for no apparent reason.
