In the Portland area alone, trans and LGBT activists have incited a panic with reports of attacks on LGBTQ individuals that, when investigated, were either never reported to police, or, in some cases, the details gathered by police differed dramatically from what was disclosed in viral social media posts, in such a way as to suggest that an attack never occurred.

Little filly gets a thrill

And she got a photo shoot along with.
Every wife gonna vote for this stud!
He is like, Prince Charming,
and the fillies love that story.

He gets stuck between this mode and toddler mode. In toddler mode he is ego reacting, acting out the well behaved little boy in public, with a snicker. I think he mishehaved with mommy's boobie when a toddler, got a bit of a slap.

This guy will be fun, needs to be in my next musical. I have his theme song: "When boobie comes bouncing back to me". It will have a military tempo, he will be our toy soldier and dance to the boobie.

When Boobies comes bouncing home again,
Hurrah! Hurrah!
I'll give them lots  Kissie then
Hurrah! Hurrah!
Young women will cheer and pull them out
My  ladies all have them taut and  stout
And I'll feel gay when Boobies comes bouncing home.

This is the part where little Joey marches about in his little baby military dance, all dressed as a toy soldier. Behind him a great array of women with dancing bares boobs, naturally I mean, we mustn't deny the author. This will be a great hit, Cole Porter, here I come.

My ISLM part two

I simple took the normal ISLM model and replaced it with a pressure formula.  There is no effort to verify sign or up and down, just hand wave this as a gravity model.

That middle portion is what I clled second derivative in the continuous sense.  In the quantum sense, it is ultimately the power to exchange transactions and bounce around somewhere near the bottom well.  We always want to bounce toward the well bottom, there is where the most accurate match between Savings and Loans will lie.

The compact graph generates the typical sequence of jumps about that combinatorial peak. Inside the peak, the commuter function is working. If our generator is dense then we jump around closer to the peak, we have smaller quantization error (deadweight losses).

The queues adapt, queue managers engage in relativity, on learning after the been there done that. Suddenly it appears we are closer to the peak of that middle curve, can more accurately move around because we learned a better commuter function.  Then, just as suddenly, we have price the multi-step sequence, we know the loop.  So we get two phases, inflationary then deflationary, the new productivity get depreciated and we adapt to our nominal density rank, our compact generator tends to revert to a natural human shape, determined by our innate throwing accuracy. Seriously, our brains are limited by the Hamiltonian of a baseball throw.

Understanding AOC's constituents in terms of algebra

He voters are complaining a bit about AOC not delivering discretionary spending from the federal trough.  They are saying the previous guy was a bit better.  They are having 'been there done thats'.

The rule is, first, deju vu, 'Hey, this looks suspiciously familiar'; then comes 'been there done that' (BTDT) . Have the deja vu and vote in the other lady, then have th BTDT. Soros nailed it.

On a BTDT the voter has learned the complete sequence, and can commute events while staying within margin. The voter can evaluate the relative cost of federal funding for a dog kennel, vs stimulus spending vs tax hikes vs...;  the voter can replay the sequence, she has the hologram effect going.

She is like the pit boss who can see most of a sequence, and it is obvious that this big depositor fits that big lender with a little grease. Keeping an active, up to date commuter function makes the velocity equations accurate.

Hologram is really a good model for all of this, thinks to the emerging gravity scientists who thunked it up.

What does this have to do with atomic orbitals?

Because, in that moment between deja vu and BTDT, the commuter is revealed and the atomic scientist can reconstruct, in his imagination, what the orbital must have looked like before AOC's voters rearranged the sequence in the collapsed the wave about the commuter symmetry.  The atomic scientist get a glimpse of density derivative, the change in a compact generator. Then work the right side of the equation, what must have been the old axis of symmetry.

Or, in AOC's case, 'What were those voters thinking?'. The velocity equations suddenly work. We have a model of the typical millennials, marginal voting, gentrifying baseball player, we know how well they throw a pitch. The Hamiltonian in their pitching neural net, as enforcing upon the liklihood if fitting a sequence of neural impulses to a smooth probability curve.

Kamala hasn't much time to get her teachers bailout

The Congress has yet to agree to 3 trillion or so in the debt limit and they want to roll over a bunch of short term debt obligations, including flood costs. That has to be done by Sept or Oct, and once the roll over starts, a whole bunch of discretionary spending will be squeezed for ten years.

Kamal cannot get her teachers bailout until 2021, at the start, that is nearly three years. Ditto for Lix and her bailouts, Bernies and his, Kumbercahr her spending, and Beto and so on.  None of their proposals solve the immediate needs of short term liquidity.

In Sept or Oct we will be agreeing to set aside another 60 billion/yr, indefinitely,  for interest charges. No discretionary spending until that contract is fitted into the budget.  But the cost of the LAUSD and Oakland and Sacramento contracts are unpaid, yet. Gavin be stuck in a horrific down turn unless the sequence order is changed from the last time we did this.

Here is where the voters should use their commutor function, it is a bit more accurate because we did a 'been there, done that'. Use the observed, complete sequence to jump phase and while staying within the sequence margin.  Do an adiabatic move, exchange stimulus for tax and sequester. We can do stimulus second, I promise.

Near earth orbit gas station

As the first major step to return astronauts to the Moon under Space Policy Directive-1, NASA is working with nine American companies on delivery services to the lunar surface through Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) contracts.

Says NASA.

To get to the moon and around the delivery services need near earth fuel delivery. In other words, any valuable payload need not be launched with its own lunar orbit fuel, it can refill in near earth orbit.

That allows a separate fuel delivery using the new low cost hybrid launch system, they can get loaded fuel tanks into near earth orbit, and thus we can maintain a fuel service in near earth orbit.

Sears dying before the old people

Sears cutting life insurance benefits for up to 90,000 retirees: report

I used to be a farm boy

I know how to do farm accounting on farm acreage lost to flooding.

Let us take total transactions, not double counted, applied to an acre per year, and it comes to about $40 grand, is a round number guess. Half of that is spring planting, now lost.  After the fact, we have food processing, shut down, part of. Acreage has a high multiplier down the path.

So, next quarter we are looking at ,hopefully, a half point reduction in GDP from the floods.  insurance costs will drive up short term rates and drive down asset prices, sort of a bad news scenario, multiplied across the shrinking retail.

So, Q2 we should see the Fed lower IOER, and cite the flood.  Even if flooding is not that bad, it is almost that bad and a good excuse for the Fed. It is within range of an innovation causing a reversal, a tear jerker too.

Deju Vu and cummutation

It is the moment when the agent realized this happened before, and his heurl column sequences through his typical past, and project out to the last time it happened, a memory function, giving the agent a dopamine shot.

But the agent can resequence, she has learned a complete sequence from peak to peak, has the Shannon lock, can do balanced ratios, the sequence has 'phase' an imaginary component she can use in her mental sequencer, to hop around around different points in the repeated neural patters. Finding and projecting back with a new point of symmetry is the hologram effect. It gets quantized and leads to the 'been there, done that' effect, an algebra.

Millennials got two, a generational, a presidential deja vu; twice two times two; they should be much more accurate in resetting the 'clock'. Further, this is a third in recent memory for boomers.  With this mix we should figure out a much better Nixon Shock.

Consider the private sector gold standard

I have a crypto coin that contracts for three day delivery of real gold, and visa vera I can have gold picked up.  My crypto coin is gold, my banker is in the gold transport business and the banker issues a coin with variation about zero, delivery risk shared.

How is my banker different than standard S?L currency bankers?  The gold crypto coin is the accounting gold standard in the precious metal delivery business. To the extent that the gold banker is doing a good job, I can also deliver platinum, silver, and a bunch of other precious alloys.

But the gold banker is setting the gold standard for gold delivery with a bound error. The S?L banker is delivering an inventory ticket, and interest charges represent delivery fees and guarantee inventory bounds are hard.

Same business, really same logistics problem, same original equation. But the precious metal delivery business has much greater currency risk, a risk still well within bounds for precious metals though. And that is exactly right, we need that coin and it looks, in the sandbox, like a discount coin, a coin that can be used in a specific well defined delivery network, like precious metals.

Jeff will steal the idea and create a special precious metal delivery service, door to door, I know that intellectual property thief. Once he delivers precious metals, then he has a coin backed by hard delivery, he can peg is other discount coins to it..

What makes the gold crypto coin safe?

On deliver or pick up, there is a live thumbprint associated uniquely, and secretly, with the crypto coin public ID.  So, as soon as that tech becomes available we will get high end delivery services, much more efficiently.

The mathematicians going nuts, part 2

They are, ultimately stuck. They have to simulate an observer who is using the same simulator.  There is the half complete dimension, the holographic dimension, and the mathematicians trying to simulate that with his rock throwing practice,  get stuck, no way out in the contradiction that ensues. He cannot exit and say, 'Excuse me', just kidding after this neural machine been clunking away for years.  So he continues faking it, hoping this mental exercise reaches a conclusion, and his fake turns into delusions.

But he is really stuck, being a biobot and all.  All has has to make algebra machines is his rock throwing neural column, but it includes a lot, including the ability of eye muscles to flow a contour, and a four point pivote operator on the racket arm. Like if I really drilled down, I likely would become some nutty, politically incorrect blogger.  I would be following all these wiki links all the while constantly simulating a curve Reimann space by pulsing fake eye and arm movements. And every time a link gave me another orthormornal basis, I would have to warp the inputs to my throw simulator, see if it fit the proof requirements.  One need to be a NBL pitcher to be a good mathematician.

Raising the alarm

We have never seen anything like this before. According to satellite data that was just released by Reuters, “at least 1 million acres of U.S. farmland” were covered by water for at least seven days this month. That is an agricultural disaster without equal in modern American history, and yet the mainstream media is treating this like it is some sort of second class story. It isn’t. This is the biggest news story of 2019 so far, and people want to know what is going on. A few days ago, I posted a story entitled ‘“As Many As A Million Calves Lost In Nebraska” – Beef Prices In The U.S. To Escalate Dramatically In The Coming Months’, and it has already been shared on social media more than 145,000 times. Farming communities all over the central part of the nation now look like war zones as a result of all this flooding, but the media elites on the east and west coasts don’t want to write about it. And with more flooding on the way for the next two months, this crisis is only going to get worse.
This is the time of year when farmers are gearing up to plant wheat, corn and soybeans, and now a substantial portion of our farmland will not be able to be used at all this year. According to Reuters, at least a million acres of farmland were covered by floodwaters for at least seven days this month, and that “will likely reduce corn, wheat and soy production this year”…
When the snows came, no one was thinking, floods.  Then they come and will continue for some time.   Probability of recession indicators are rising in Black Swan fashion.  If it stopped right now, we might get by, but it is not stopping right now.

A kiss from Joe makes the little fillies all giddy

Biden blindsided by dose of 2020 reality

Can the economy become increasingly accurate?

No, by definition of economicus humanus, the human, by definition, cannot trade faster than she can throw a rack.

Our trading bots, ultimately have to check in with us periodically, and our response is the time we need to read the red/green light and check the question; then we thumb print, rock throwing time we use the same neural column for both. That is the limit of human transaction time, considered a constant in economics, considered a variable in anthropology.

The digital pit boss can measure human transaction time, but cannot do anything about it; it is distributed in the price variation, it is represented in the human probability of going home or waiting in line; the collapsed axis of symmetry.

I suspect that much of what we do that is considered human is mostly us re-using that same neural column that throws the rock.  But the idea of going home or waiting in line then must be about a neural column that can commit a spectrum of neural actions that fits an elliptic curve, which is what throwing a rock is.  Or, in other words, going home or waiting is line as about not getting stuck in a way that the household budget cannot use money ratios, pricing won't work.

In other words, just about every model we use just about everywhere at just about every level follows from Weinberg's favorite quantum equation. It must be a requirement of models, in general.  Consciousness is about enslaving these neural columns to fake an algebra machine so they can get around in an algebra world. We gained the ability to practice throwing rocks and get better elliptic fits to our neural impulses.

Maximizing entropy is all about minimizing the amount of real transactions needed to simulate a commuter.  In other words, the approximation to sqrt(-1), may be the driving force of all, and that should be equivalent to estimation Pi, Euler or Phi.  The approximation is what gives the hologram effect, the ability to pretend to be a sphere for all practical purposes (constant uncertainty) , but really dong only part of the work (looking more like a gumball).

Trump wants his name left in

Democrats balk at Barr’s apparent Mueller report redactions

Leave Trump's name in and advertise his function in life, sell hotel rooms. Before the election after the presidency and as foreign policy during the presidency. A damn nice foreign policy, and it includes camptowns for immigrants on the way to LA.

What did I say about the Texas Space Cadets?

Trump threatens to close Mexican border next week

Years ago I predicted that the new space division would end up running camptowns along the border.

The alternative is to bus them to LA and dump them on the mayor's lap.

My central banker is at 975 lines of code

Steve Moore for the Fed

Vs old time MMTer Steve Moore.  Who better to wield the MMT stick when it is time for the elders.

In the contest, we get a continuum, a list of lesser or morer MMTers, or a spreadsheet function.

The merchant and NBA owner

The NBA owner makes  trade when his hidden benefit is greater than chance.  Chance is large with NBA layer.  The merchants trades goods for money when the hidden gain exceeds the currency bankers posted market maker boundary.

That bir error, observable, represents the current best guess as to whether the customer will wait in line of walk by, randomly, as it has done in the past.  That is a reference point for the merchant. Consider the case of a busy street, all equal merchants, and an equal pedestrian flow.  The bankers market function tells the merchant what is the neutral desire of each pedestrian to turn left, into her store. A frame of reference, the current setting of S/L is known, to within a bit error.

The NBA trader has the same dilemma. He knows the typical variation in NBA player stats, they are published. That is chance, that is his frame of reference. In both cases, a restricted channel produces structured queue, a value added chain.  At each point of the value chain, there is no better reordering that beats bit error, when at equilibrium. The hologram effect is in the induced and implied  queue structures. The velocity equation is the merchant or NBA owner replacing bit error with customer or player flow; and costing it out in units of currency uncertainty. They can count customers and multiply by a propensity to spend coefficient, and be kind of accurate.

I guess it is the floods

Kudlow Calls For "Immediate" 50bps Rate-Cut - Signals Imminent Recession

He is probably on a worry about interest charges, rising, suddenly, in spite of recently lowered ten year rate. I am guessing the floods have him worried.  FEMA gave him a potential bill, and he freaked; all those states are Republican territory. Short term rate too high, he needs more leverage on the credit card. Floods, the only recent Black Swan.

Are mathematicians driven nuts?

I was surprised to note that John Hash proves a step in quantum mechanics, having to do with geometric algebra. I look at his result, a polynomial in N,M that tells what class of polynomials obey some Riemann smoothness criteria and can be mapped to rectangular, in the limit. Whew!, it was something like that.

The way a mathematician works is he actually get a mass of neurons to simulate the abstract algebra of the model. And John's equation was a lulu, it needed a compound mass of neurons. People around don't get it it, but his head was likely constantly running this machine in the background, with various input streams.  He was running a compact graph machine.

I ask again, are mathematicians driven nuts?

I read the comments from STEM pros

In addition to tracking down wiki leaks, I read topic discussions, like the history and meaning of complex numbers.  This is how I steal, an old trick. Steal from the STEM folks then translate into finance where the uncertainty is larger, and we do direct estimates rather than probability waves, the 'commuter' is lower order.  The banker, in our case, actually freezes the X axis momentarily and resets the notches by direct manipulation of the set of bid/offers pending. No probability wave, but the chart makers draw those bounding surfaces, an those are probability waves done with a commuter algebra the charters use.

This appear serialized because humans are involved, so the equation covers both observer and observed at all times.  Instead of manipulating 'phase', the humans just remember the complete sequence as a compact generator in their heads.

But we have the 'been there, done that', an algebra for probability wave with accepted uncertainty. We do 'deja vu'.   A commuter is 'capitulation', the forces reverse, another comuter if 'crawl back', we actually support a complex, but workable order reversal. Futures options is another commuter.

With this algebra we build up a model of the collective possible decision all traders are likely to make, relative to current position. And that model is the hologram effect.

The hologram effect is right in the Shcrodinger equation, is it is how physicists talk. Our description of atomic orbitals with points of symmetry, all about making the hologram effect. Making a half dimension (semi group) that projects the hidden combinations so we can do ratios. If the gluon could send us a telegram, explaining its function, from the gluon point of view, it would sound like options trading, it always wants the option to reverse an ordering.

The tree trunk effect is to properly order, to the extent branches and roots can  know Pi. That is why horizontal correlation in minimal is minimal in the columnar trunk. Flow is all vertical and sets the hologram effect by accomplishing the commuter function, to some accuracy. AT some continuing energy cost, the tree trunk can be kept sufficiently round.

OK, what about the Walmart checkout stand?

He starts with the same equation, but she is a more powerful pit boss.  When the density of product offerings, their probability distribution over some measured X axis. When that becomes denser, that means thay have more customer flow, and customer purchases are more accurate and the manager needs another term in the equation, he adds a checkout counter. That is equivalent to Einstein adding a term to the Hamiltonian.  Otherwise, the manager is doing adiabatic quantizing of the 'items per basket' rule to match clerks and customers. That is Planck, also from the equation but with a different uncertainty. It all uses the confined tree trunk, hologram effect which is written into the generic equation from a few posts ago.  The simple rule is, as your uncertainty decreases, the commuter function becomes more systematic, approaching the imaginary, purity of a deranged mathematician.

Housing sales, up

Good news, for a change.  There were a few other good news reports, it is not all scary chart index.

Lower mortgage rates are key, if they keep housing affordable, then we are sneaking by. The Ten year is down 30 basis points in a month, so that is a positive shock to the housing market. We got an expected notch up in consume confidence.

Now is the time for a tax and sequester.  Lock in a low, but positive growth rate and try to Euler it out, keep the can in flight. Bore the population into productivity gains.

Why doesn't Trump threaten China with a CO2 pollution tax

That would boost our natural gas exports.

A little trick on price

Price is determined after the fact of competition.

Competition for goods is all about finding the short queues and skipping the long ones. As quques tend to stabilize, firms and households use simply proportionality to go from queue length to price, they can price everything by the wait in line.

Price is set after the fact. agents compute the  ney ratio that keeps the bins optimally full of the good. If the ratio is not profitable, they execute substitutions, all in an intent to spend less time waiting in line.

She melts too much ice

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), the social media star and self-identified democratic socialist, is fairly unpopular around the country.Quinnipiac poll released on Thursday morning found that 23 percent of Americans had a favorable view of the member of Congress, while 36 percent had an unfavorable view — a -13 overall approval rating. Thirty-eight percent hadn’t heard enough about her to have an informed opinions.

Her antics exposed the entire green movement as a fraud to melt extra ice.

Trading with the enemy again

U.S. energy secretary unsure if Saudi nuclear approvals came after Khashoggi killing

Saudis intend to bomb us, and we should collect a fee if we trade arms and methods with them. I can see the payoff, what is the chance they will bomb Fresno California? So, yea, let them bomb Trump hotels, I collect the insurance fee, and when Trump wants his hotel rebuilt, I tell him, contract cancelled.

Litigate bribery

The Latest: Official: Chicago is seeking $130K from Smollett

The City of Chicago wants  piece of the action.

This is what the Manhattan prosecutor's office started, legalized bribery via contract.  At least it is libertarian.

We are setting prices, nationally, for the service, a great humanitarian cause.  Out here in Narco California we have been wondering about standardized bribery, and the judicial system is solving the problem.  The standard fee for fixing the non-violent crime with public implications? $200,000, all politicians and public sector members need to mark that number in their books.

CIA-Linked Nellie Ohr Gave Extensive Anti-Trump Research To High-Ranking DOJ Husband: Transcripts

OK, high ranking, political fixes by the FBI and CIA go for a half million, minimum.  Rates can go up to several million is a coup is expected.    I think we have a couple of brothels that generated these fixit prices.

The Iranian Mullah head has declared a war

Iran meanwhile has warned Israel that it would respond if the Jewish state continued attacking them and their militias in Syria. Iranians have been reported killed in Aleppo and adjoining regions in prior airstrikes last April and July. In the latter, nine Iranians were reported killed at Nayrab Air Base. Similarly, reports by an Iranian opposition group claimed that Iranians were present in Sheikh Najjar. The National Council of Resistance of Iran tweeted that Iranian-linked Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba were present in December 2016. In January 2017, social media supporters of the Syrian rebellion claimed that some of the Iranians and Iranian-linked groups in Sheikh Najjar had been killed either due to shelling or airstrikes.

How much more warning can Iran give Israel other then declaring Israel for destruction using methods of war?   The Persians have simply screwed themselves in some islamo-psychotic episode of madness.

Like I say, Iran and the Allrighties are dealing with 1300 years of traumatic shock.

Worst Start To A Year For Jobless In A Decade

This is the very definition of blue, like we can't slough it off to the previous quarter, or save it for the next.

This confirms, California has stalled, Gavin has no hide nor hair of the taxes he needs. The senators in the Swamp are all running for prez and we have about six huge spending programs to vote on. That is a long, risky  wait for Kamala and the federal subsidies.

The Supremes affirm the "Well regulated militia' clause.

The Supreme Court has declined to stop the Trump administration from enforcing its ban on "bump-stock" devices, which allow semi-automatic weapons to fire like machine guns.

Why didn't the heroic MinuteMen run along bird hunting the day the Brits arrived?  They were a 'well regulated militia', they tied bear arms to command and control.

Quantums on my mind

In  quantum mechanics, a quantum operation is a mathematical formalism used to describe a broad class of transformations that a quantum mechanical system can undergo. This was first discussed as a general stochastic transformation for a density matrix by George Sudarshan. The quantum operation formalism describes not only unitary time evolution or symmetry transformations of isolated systems, but also the effects of measurement and transient interactions with an environment. In the context of quantum computation, a quantum operation is called a quantum channel.

See this? This is the S/L equation. Ultimately the pit boss is taking a balanced compact generator through a series of adiabatic transitions. It does so as a quantum channel, that generates the hologram effect and Weinberg's Lindbladian equations are a general formulation.

'Time' is just a semantic for ordered X axis, ordered in that movement along the X axis insures a necessary smooth derivative property in the Y axis. And that discussion goes on to fitting smooth Riemann surfaces to coordinate systems. A lot of this stuff gets proved in the geometry version of algebra.

But, we are correct, a correct formulation. The Lindbladian equations does not tell us how we pre-process a savings queue or loan queue before matching. That is implied in the Hamiltonian in the equation.

Position in our system is S/L, momentum is delta S/L. S/L is a compact generator, otherwise known as an operator on a Hilbert space. We get the superposition of all solutions to the savings to loans matching problem, we have collapsed the measurement to one line of symmetry, the channel bandwidth.

In banking, all agents are watching the published bit error, the currency risk account, it is the symmetry measurement about the current pit crowd, a measure of how well they complement. Something like this, I am still reading, and the number of links deeper into Wiki is the worst I have seen. But it should all boil down to a combinatorial issue, estimated.

The equations apply to the situation of a basketball league with player trades pending. When player uncretainty is a known and accepted constant, then the quantum tiering of the league happens, about a fixed trade channel bound by known quantization error.  Player flow distributed the known 'luck' factor.

The complex numbers of the equation.

The equation lists the solution set with an extra, imaginary coordinate.  That imaginary number says,'The solution in terms of the projected line of symmetry in the hologram effect.  This is what makes a circular column of the tree trunk compute like a sphere in the branches and roots of our algebra model. The hologram effect is called closure by the math guys, imaginary means a complex number that carries an implied line of symmetry using algorithm tricks.

Money is really the projected axis.  Savers and borrowers know that the currency risk account is how close we are to making the trade. Money is the sum of all possible alternatives paths, within the accuracy of a balanced compact generator of typical transactions. The weighted sum of possible adiabatic moves the pit boss may make.

In all the collective quantizing models, the key will be ascertaining the Hamiltonian, which defines the transfer of potential uncertainty into kinetic uncertainty.  In other words, the equation is just a shell for quantizing a collective process meeting some smoothness criteria. Says the sum total, knows nothing about how your Hamiltonian was derived.  It is just the hologram effect part, nothing else.

I remember doing this trick. What if we just took a sample of a parabolic nothing and 'Huffman encoded it" to find nice counting quants with bound round off error.  My conclusion was the same, it says nothing about how the X,Y rectangular coordinate numbers were generated, it just collapsed them to a single line of symmetry.

Inducing a 'semi-group'

A semi group is enough to make an imaginary hologram axis. Take our abstract tree algebra.  We can walk along a nearly smooth surface of the branches, everything is equally dense, and we can count additive steps along that surface. That is the induced imaginary axis of what must be happening if this tree trunk is so round. The tree of life, it can fake any sort of math.

The Hologram is a one dimensional projection. The equation has that degree of freedom for the induced axis. Thus, it tells us nothing about a double jump, there is a limit at which new Hamiltonian is needed, time to call Einstein. Any hemispherical surface on the tree becomes too volatile to count steps, so the system need to bump dimensionality in the equations of motion, the Hamiltonian. These equations say little about that. The relativity solution boosts N -> N+1 hologram so that another line of imaginary motion is supporting the induced semi-group. We just run out of combinations without another variation on the set elements, another group classification.

Why bankers do not use negative numbers?

The imaginaries are a mathematical trick to compute the hologram effect, it is a way of managing the projected axis with a simple 'commuter'.  The banker is operating with a 3% market uncertainty, that is a low rank generator, and the banker can directly compute the 'commuter' function, he can look over the stack and reorder a deposit to a loan as a serial operation.  The commuter operation allows us to make a semi-group projection.

Hat tip to Delong, he is my un-indicted co-conspirator in tracking this stuff own.  This is the general logistics method in economic.

Powell will tell hem his main worry

The Federal Reserve chairman is in demand amid economic danger signs

Government debt and getting the interest charges paid.  But Congress cannot pay more than 3% on the ten year, we tested that and shut government.

The next big topic then, is debt relief, how can the Fed engineer a default over a 15 year period, and we cannot, constitutionally.  We are in a pickle, inside  a pickle jar.

Too late mayor

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said Democratic U.S. Senator Kamala Harris has strong support for her presidential bid in her home state of California, but she doesn’t have it locked up as her competitors aggressively campaign there.

“Everybody’s been here,” Garcetti said in an interview, citing visits by Democratic candidates including New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, Washington Governor Jay Inslee and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, whose rally on Saturday in front of the Los Angeles City Hall drew thousands of supporters. “California will very much be in play.”
Get some things straight, it is too late for a Mayor Garcetti to enter the race.  Kamala has the teachers, nationwide. She has put a 30% raise front and center for all teachers, and they are her army. She has locked up California, and likely Illinois and New York.

The other candidates have committed, to Medicare, to babies and moms, to housing, to tax the wealthy.  Kamala bought herself an army.

I wrote the Iranian shia thing off as a con to get the marauding Arabs of their backs,  those folks are really  Zoastrians, Persian.  Iran is a psychotic reaction to the slaughter 1300 years ago.

There is another mafia organizations, the SLC, which keeps track of people like me.

I wonder if they share notes. Is this one of those, 'need a PHD in diversity' things? Do they have Due Process? Can I go in and see them and explain I am irritated by all those asshole list makers? Maybe I could get the Redneck exemption, you know, us being the persecuted minority so we are allowed to be a bit rude. Slip in under the diversity rule.

What does the Lithuanian Advancement Fund want

Latino Victory Fund wants to draft Ben Ray Luján for Senate in New Mexico

We will have to negotiate among the various races.  Asian Superior Society gets a shot, then the German Language Society. Not to forget the Black Caucus. Who knows, with a little diversity we might invite the White Supremacist League.

Leveraging the sandbox

Ant’s asset-management division said Wednesday that 588 million users of Alipay, Ant’s popular mobile-payments network, had plunked cash into the flagship Tianhong Yu’e Bao fund at the end of last year. Assets under management stood at 1.13 trillion yuan ($168.26 billion) at year-end 2018, making it the world’s biggest money-market fund, according to the Journal.

The fund, whose name means “leftover treasure,” gained notoriety as the world’s largest money-market fund in 2017—four years after its founding. Alipay users can invest their spare cash there for short increments before using the money for online purchases.
A deposit on demand service stays in contact with the user's mobile payment bot, automatic portfolio adjustment. Goldman Sachs is up to the same trick with Apple. JPM wants a piece of this. Facebook also. The new internet can be priced, welcome to the future.

The emphasis mine

Earlier:
Speaking via video conference with bankers in Kansas City, Yellen said the issue was not a pressing one right now and pointed out the U.S. central bank is currently barred by law from buying corporate assets. But the Fed’s current toolkit might be insufficient in a downturn if it were to “reach the limits in terms of purchasing safe assets like longer-term government bonds.”“It could be useful to be able to intervene directly in assets where the prices have a more direct link to spending decisions,” she said, adding that buying equities and corporate bonds could have costs and benefits.

She repeated last week:

In a speech in Hong Kong this week, former Fed chair Janet Yellen stated that “global central banks don’t have adequate crisis tools.”According to that logic, she believes that launching additional multi-trillion dollar rounds of quantitative easing and cutting interest rates into negative territory – two aggressive and controversial monetary tools that are currently available – are simply not enough

In bold parts above.  That is enough, the Fed is contractually bound to Congress.  Hence it will never have the ability to estimate and expense currency risk, it will never be a true currency banker.

I looked at federal contract law to know we have a problem.  Congress can cancel cancel contracts, it is understood.  Given that 'To coin money...'  is enshrined, we and the globe will have central banking infected by a large dose of MMT.  MMT means midnight, sudden meetings to reconcile a generational mismatch.

I have no resolution, yet, of this issue, I have no theory that applies, we are in a disorder, rearrangement is certainly possible. To me it boils down to tax dollar share of the currency market; 40% at a minimum, 75% at a maximum.  It is a finite channel, the currency markets, and subject to extreme productivity shifts with technology.  I cannot boil it down to a path.

Bitcoin up to four grand

Settle on bitcoin until the central banks figure stuff out.

And, the stock market still looks bearish, having a hard time breaking even. This looks more and more like a reversion to bailouts.  There is still retrenchment in brick and mortar retail.

This economy cannot pull out of the down turn by Q3 and simply drop back in recession Q2 of 2020. We don't move that fast, autos cannot recover in one quarter, nor housing especially in winter.  Germany cannot pull out in time, France will still be in rebellion, and Italy remains on the ropes.

So, our best option is low growth and very moderate expansion for another five years. The Fed has potential growth at 1.8% or so. The treasury ten year should be around 2.3%,. Hence, the one year needs to drop to 1.5% at a minimum.

If the midwest floods turn ugly, we will never make it and go deep blue. Other known unknowns include a Turkish collapse, a Brazil collapse, an Australian collapse. Each of those could cost a quarter point in global growth.  Germany going deep into red could swamp the boat.  And, of course, the most dangerous of them all? California the Narco State.  Our government still about 5% of GDP short in taxes, and they are appealing for a federal bailout of teachers.  That is a problem we should have taken care of last time, but LA is desperate, they are still expecting tens of thousands of poor immigrants. Each influx raises the pension  costs as they raise the number of state employees.

More babies is efficient evolution

“This is the real solution to climate change: babies,” he said, the New York Post reported.According to the Washington Post, Lee further explained “Climate change . . . is a challenge of creativity, ingenuity and technological invention. And problems of human imagination are not solved by more laws, but by more humans. More people mean bigger markets for innovation.  “More babies mean more forward-looking adults — the sort we need to tackle long-term, large-scale problems.”

Diversity, the bible

Amherst College president quickly rescinds document after publication

Amherst College’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion last week issued a 40-page glossary of terms officials said they had created to spell out a common agreement on how to define words and phrases often used at the small liberal arts campus.
The “Common Language Guide,” emailed to the roughly 1,900 undergrads at the private college, broke down pages of terms under categories such as “isms,” “race and ethnicity, “gender identity,” “class,” “politics and policy,” “global power and inequality” and “disability.”
“This project emerged out of a need to come to a common and shared understanding of language in order to foster opportunities for community building and effective communication within and across difference,” the guide states.
40 page glossary is a BA in diversity.
How many left handed, little brown, multi-gendered gimp babes want a BA in diversity?

GND defeated

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Senate on Tuesday defeated a proposal to take up the Green New Deal as both parties shunned an opportunity to debate a comprehensive climate change plan offered by Democrats.Majority Republicans forced the vote as they seek to turn the Green New Deal into a wedge issue in the 2020 elections. Democrats called the GOP’s move a “sham” and said it carries its own political risk by mocking an issue that a growing number of Americans care deeply about.Senators voted 57-0 against a procedural motion to take up the nonbinding resolution, which calls for the U.S. to shift away from fossil fuels such as oil and coal and replace them with renewable sources such as wind and solar power.
Nope, no one, including AOC will support a blanket resolution.  All politicians back there will need to carve out their whole set of exclusions, and it will never pass muster.  Giving the Trump and the executive branch to melt ice, as they wish, is not Green.

Job worries

  • Consumer sentiment fell in March, with particular uncertainty apparent on the employment front.
  • The gap between the number of respondents who thought jobs were plentiful and those who thought they were hard to get — known as the labor market differential — slid to its lowest level in eight months.
  • But economists expect the US will continue to add north of 100,000 jobs each month, the amount needed to keep up with growth in the working-age population.
From Business Insider. Economists likely wrong, workers have a sixth sense.

Leave no tax stone unturned

California voters could be asked to impose an estate tax, replacing the one Trump loosened
Voters would consider a state-mandated tax on the assets of wealthy residents, which could generate as much as $1 billion a year for low-income families.

Getting the hint?
More Obamacare taxes, sales taxes, property taxes, estate taxes, federal wealth taxes, water taxes. And everywhere we have sequester, hold the liner on public sector hires, hold the line in infrastructure.

A clear discriminatory statement

Rahm Emanuel, Chicago's Top Cop Slam Dropped Smollett Charges As "Whitewash Of Justice"

Whitewash has a racist meaning, it means being a New York prosecutor and taking 'fix it' bribes.

Like 'white collar 'crime, Blacks are not allowed to commit them as that would be cultural appropriation. We can now get that Smollet guy on federal hate crimes including appropriation of whitewash culture, a felony in white man land.

Spending contest among the candidates

Warren proposes that the federal government help make high-quality child care more available nationwide (in part by growing Head Start), and then provide that care for free to families making under 200 percent of the federal poverty line ($50,200 a year for a family of four). Warren’s plan would cap child care costs for other families at seven percent of their annual income. Her plan’s $70 billion annual price tag would be covered by a new “ultra-millionaire tax” on those with a net worth of more than $50 million.
Harris is about 50 billion, minimum. Liz at 70 billion. Given government accuracy, let us call that even.  Bernie and the medicare crowd will propose another 150 billion a year.   This comes to a 10% increase in Swamp, relative to baseline. They are all having to vote on their own goodie package soon, and actually I doubt trump cares all that much.

This is lots of melted ice, and we have not yet heard from AOC and her crowd. They propose to raise gas taxes by 25% to cover it all, that plus Liz and the wealth tax.  So we be seeing tax hikes every where, every time.

Inventing new accounting terms

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Virginia’s pension fund is in a worse position to handle a market meltdown than it was before the Great Recession more than a decade ago, according to a recent state report. That’s despite a 10-year bull market and pension reform efforts by lawmakers to make the fund more resilient. The Virginia Retirement System’s recent “stress test” predicts that a market crash or several years of lower-than-expected returns would add billions to the plan’s current unfunded liabilities. Such hits would leave lawmakers with limited and painful options, like slashing services or raising taxes to meet required contribution levels or underfunding the pension plan and leaving higher costs for future generations to pay off.“If we were to go through what we did in ’08 and ’09, we’re screwed,” said Secretary of Finance Aubrey Layne said in an interview earlier this year. “We’re screwed, I don’t know what else to say.”
Just say it was in the accountant's report, rated  'Just screwed', one lower than junk.

When the hologram fails

In the second city of Maracaibo, the crippling blackout sparked a terrifying rampage that police seemed unable to control
Some liken the damage wrought on Venezuela’s second city to a natural disaster. Others suspect satanic intervention. “El demonio,” says Betty Méndez, a local shopkeeper, by way of explanation for the wave of looting and unrest that convulsed Maracaibo earlier this month.
No pricing standard, the tree trunk is ellipsoidal, and lacks the liquidity to make the extreme turns.  So, no hologram effect, no way to allocate resources.

Bump the scary chart index

Consumer Confidence Crashes Most Since Oct 2008

Employees are learning about hiring freezes, especially in California and Illinois public sectors. Then the trade slowdown has cut hiring at the ports by 8%. We had a bit of mass layoffs in retail. And home construction starts are off 8%. Autos in contraction.

It adds up to minor downturn, all thing being equal. All things are not equal, we got those hurricanes and continuing fires, and now flooding. There are enough unknowns to swamp the boat, the difference between a blue bar and an almost blue bar.

Celebrity privilege has the force of law

The Cook County State's Attorney's Office issued the following statement: "After reviewing all of the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollet’s volunteer service in the community and agreement to forfeit his bond to the City of Chicago, we believe this outcome is a just disposition & appropriate resolution."
Well, the New York prosecutors can go back to honest bribery.

And melt a lot of ice

"...ready-made excuse to expand government and curtail liberty."

Ron Paul misses the most important point about GND. Debt is ice melted today in hopes of refreezing it tomorrow.

AOC and her bunch will be driving the temperature up a quarter degree more than the Boomers. Their approach is anything but Green, it is almost a guarantee of another 2 inches of ocean level, beyond what the boomers had intended. AOC and her state governments intend to pass around a whole lot of fossil fuels to their favorite voters, who otherwise should prefer the tort damage award in cash.

Start with Harris, she intends to use federal debt to boost teacher pay by 13 k, that is a direct subsidy for teachers against any future tort liability for co2 usage. Teachers have less real pay, like everyone else, because of carbon taxes.

The math, according to Keynesian economists tells us something.

Keynes would tell us we can rewrite the accounting identity in terms of ice melted, and solve for the solutions around one line of symmetry, ice frozen.  Tort law says there is a path in that direction. So debt is ice melted, paid off debt is ice refrozen.

A Keynesian stimulus is to melt today, refreeze tomorrow. The more debt we have, the more ice we have in the temporarily melted state, the more damage to the environment, the higher the interest charges.  Stimulus works because it is not market, it makes no attempt to take the 'least melted ice' path. We rely on cattle ranchers from Montana to determine when enough ice is melted.

So, Kamala melts about 60 billion a year on teachers and the teachers teach the kids how to refreeze the ice later.

 What about coefficients?

Keynesians tell me they have knowledge that government has higher coefficients than melted ice, we get faster convergence. Well, the tort outcome determines the coefficient, and the economics says there is no shortest path to settle the issue. I suspect that the ice line of symmetry offers a much higher rate of convergence.

We are given three methods, Green MMT run by Congress, market, and tort. Since government already compensates for market, government correlation will be weak. The market works, if we had a real independent market, and that is where tort sets an accounting standard. Tort makes a rounded tree and the market for melted ice will form, with the proper coefficient. Hologram effect.  The converging tort penalties represented in the suits pending.  That in turn causes participants to buy and sell revealed liabilities.

That is the hologram effect. Confine the disturbance to a constrained channel and it sorts itself, maximizes self correlation through the channel along the line of symmetry making a workable 'measure' (ratios work, pricing works, velocity can be derived).

The Weinberg issue.  The new equations are all about what sequence of 'algebras' will evolve when the chaos is constrained.  He deals with a fundamental issue, there is connectivity between the current lines of symmetry and some unknown line of symmetry. A world of 'telescoping' dimensional configurations, there is a transaction that has to remain between scales, an unfinished sequence is always pending, the quantum field.   So this hologram approach, the abstract tree, is a good model, the tree trunk dictates the algebra of branches and roots.

They have a futures market for that?

Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum warned Israel against carrying out any “foolish” acts against the Gaza Strip. He said that the cost of such any military operation will “exceed Israel’s estimates.”
The Hamas guy sounds like an accountant.

They turned gangs into social institutions

Ecuador legalized gangs. Murder rates plummeted.

A stunningly successful experiment has the potential to upend the mainstream US approach to deviance.

Theidea was top legalize them and offer grants for non-profit services, like any other non-profit.  That would work here, in Fresno, where the Bulldogs already are a local institution.

Apple be sandboxing

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Apple Inc said on Monday it will launch a credit card with Goldman Sachs Group Inc this summer that will be synched with iPhone users’ Apple Wallet and can be used to buy Apple products at a discount.Speaking at an event at the iPhone maker’s headquarters in Cupertino, California, Vice President for Apple Pay Jennifer Bailey said the new Apple Card service will work through the company’s wallet app Apple Pay.
Users of the card, which will be issued by Goldman Sachs Group Inc, will earn 2 percent cash back on all purchases made through the digital wallet or 3 percent cash back on Apple products.
Apple is adding intelligence to the wallet, making a prequals system.  Facebook is building a money capable network.  I am sure Google has their secret thing going.

Father of Sandy Hook victim found dead in apparent suicide: police

The father of one of the children killed in the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School was found dead of an apparent suicide on Monday morning at his office in Newtown, Connecticut, police said.
In these cases we deal with voters' regret.

This is the "Well regulated militia..."  clause, designed by the founders to avoid their own voter's regret.

After the mass shooting parents wonder, 'How did my vote, pertinent to a well regulated militia, impact school security?"  On self discovering they were fooled by Scalia and the gun nuts, they blame themselves for the anarchy.

It is foolish of the NRA to go around telling fathers that bearing arms is some manly rite of citizenship, they lose that one. Voters got a problem, choosing between Republican mass shooters and Dem cartel members.

Republicans would be wise to dump the NRA and they then get the entire Nixon vote. As a Republican, I would run on the anti-NRA platform, make sure that I am their mortal enemy. Anti-NRA anti-Cartel, gets the Nixon vote this time around.

Just in time for budget review

The ten year curve collapse, from 2.7 to 2.4 is a 30 basis point drop in a quarter, that adds 60 billion in spending to the Federal budget. An offering, a contribution to Congressional efforts. An award for Congress producing one Republican tax and sequester proposal. If the Dems were 'shovel ready' they could strike a deal, grab some low yield.

Five Dem senators running for prez

Green New Deal vote tests Dem unity in Senate

The senators are mostly having primaries that favor the socialist view, NGD, Medicare for all, infrastructure, tax the wealthy.

But they have to vote on budget items, it is extaordinaries time. Hence they are caught in the bind of having to vote their socialist views before shifting center, and that means tax and sequester. Sequester is the not-present answer. The Dems also have to deal with Cuomo and his bunch complaining about exemption caps. California pushing education funds. I am having a hard time seeing Dems in either body assembling a budget.

A tax and sequester Republican

But Senate Budget Committee Chairman Mike Enzi (R-Wy.) had his own ideas [on the budget].
On Friday, he released a budget proposal that seemed to rebuke Trump’s decision to stash $96 billion in new defense spending in the off-book Overseas Contingency Operation (OCO) fund. Instead of adding to OCO, as Trump suggested, Enzi drew down the funds in the account, and phased them out altogether after two years.
But that was just the start.
Enzi’s budget formally called for slashing a combined $126 billion from current spending levels, both in defense and non-defense.
“Strengthening America’s future for our children and grandchildren begins by putting our nation on a more sustainable fiscal path and reducing our nation’s deficit spending, which is approaching $1 trillion per year,” Enzi said.
The move earned the praise of defcit hawks, who have lamented a steady increase in spending, even as the GOP tax law eats into revenues.
“Under this plan, deficits stay under $1 trillion, peaking in 2022 at $939 billion and returning back to their historical average as a share of the economy by 2024. Under current policies, trillion-dollar deficits return as soon as next year,” said Maya MacGuineas, president of the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget.
Cut both defense and non-defense.  The add a progressive tax income, then cut payroll taxes, then a bit of default.

Dems will be confused in mourning the Mueller report, and their AOC Melters are getting nervous feet. I dunno how Nancy will get control of that crowd.

California's new residents

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - A caravan of some 1,200 migrants from Central America and Cuba began moving towards the U.S. border from southern Mexico this weekend, migration authorities said on Sunday.
The National Migration Institute said the migrants were already inside Mexico when they opted to form a caravan in the southern city of Tapachula on the border with Guatemala.
Early on Saturday, the large group of people set off towards the town of Huixtla in the southern state of Chiapas, a route followed by previous groups heading north, the institute said.
LA got them covered, medical, homes, and education; all taxed up and ready to go.  Fresno is a horrid place for the poor, do not go there.

The original conspiracy became foreign policy

Mueller found that there was no Trump-Russia conspiracy but did not 'exonerate' the president on obstruction

Build hotels.

And I am kind of warming up to the idea, cheaper and better than military bases.I would trade a hotel if the tent ladies would go away, for example. There is a contrary opinion, the story about Reagan housing marines in a hotel and getting them blown up. In fact, that incident started the whole mess.

So we have the belt bomber problem mixed with the hotel policy. Focus on high security hotels, VIPs only.

Getting those Medical taxes

State General Fund dollars accounted for only $3 billion of this $53 billion increase in Medi-Cal spending between 2007–08 and 2018–19. This relatively small jump in General Fund support for Medi-Cal is remarkable in light of periodic concerns that the program is putting the squeeze on California’s General Fund budget. Instead, Medi-Cal’s spending growth has largely been supported with non-General Fund sources of revenue. Specifically, the remainder of the $53 billion spending increase between 2007–08 and 2018–19 — around $50 billion — came from federal funds ($35.3 billion) and other non-federal funds, such as state taxes paid by managed care organizations (MCOs) and fees paid by hospitals ($14.2 billion). Since 2007–08, federal funding for Medi-Cal has increased by 129%, while other non-federal funds have grown by more than 1,600%.
By trick of accounting, they separate state taxes between general funds and targeted taxes, but the state total is about 20 billion. The federal total is about 35 billion. We can see that new states taxes have accounted for most of the tax growth, and that will continue with newly enacted state Obamacare taxes, or more fake 'green' taxes, or another tax on wealth, other than property tax. Then we have direct payment by county budgets, maybe another 15 billion. That will be going up in tandem.

Where will the schools get their money? Already spent? The only thing left is more federal spending, but that be vetoed, no doubt; or prop 13 revision.

Not so bad

There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved.

What is a total catastrophe of the currency system?  1972 was not a total catastrophe, 1932 maybe led  WW2, but not directly caused.

By total catastrophe, Hayek must have meant non-adiabatic requantization. So what? It is still not total, generally it is a partial default, generally followed by some reforms.

What the Australians really mean is that we have to reset time/space now and then so the X axis works. Just do it less then and more now.
