Looking back, I can say this. If we get moderate costing and 20% solar efficiency, energy supply will have a floor. Solar electric or solar fuel, both achievable. The economy gets the energy thing, it knows conservation and contraction methods, we learned it.  There is a new suspect in the House, the Whodunnit game  is not over.
