Bell's Inequality

Simultaneity does not happen.

If I have an 'object', and perform the experiment, event and measure, twice, then they will appear out of order. An object  be will be some surface to volume criteria. Accuracy in measuring the difference requires that experiment be as equal a possible, but simultaneity is impossible, because the dither adds accuracy.

The physicist, by definition, models the entire two surfaces from splitting a photon and measuring spin.  But his best guess is the commuter of these two. That is Bell's Inequality. It is a global constraint, across any points between those two surfaces.

Complicated plot

Congressional negotiators are in danger of missing the Feb. 18 deadline for passing an omnibus package of the annual appropriations for fiscal 2022.

A shutdown is unlikely, but members of the Senate Appropriations Committee from both parties warn that if negotiators blow through the mid-February deadline, it increases the likelihood that Biden will have to settle for a yearlong stopgap funding measure to keep the government open.

That would prevent him from putting his own stamp on department and agency budgets while Democrats control Congress.

They have a sudden 25% increase in interest charges. Their programs will all want inflation adjustments. COLAs are mandated by law. Californians think this is just a few buttons and levers.

Whoops

Well, according to a 2019 University of Illinois study, a shocking 45% of young black men ages 20-24 in Chicago are neither in school nor employed.

Not too incentivized.

Good old California

The government system is looking at a 7 point decline in tech stocks, and suffering the double hammy on capital gains tax and pension yield dropping. Their bankers did a stick save yesterday, a single day 3 point drop was a shock.   Then they get a consumer slow down as gas prices rise, sales taxes drop All of this and the 6 point COLA bill due and payable.

The legislature want a 10,000 tax on labor per year for MediAll.  Many of the best tax payers already gone, and the teachers tax never came around. Add in unaccounted covid costs, and herds of boomers retiring.

Then we have the Fed fake tapering. Swamp looking a a 30% rise in interest costs. Municipal bonds have higher yields. Crunch the numbers and that famous budget surplus is gone.

This is a great big 'I dunno'.

Biden is selling California political reality

California and tech stocks down seven points this week

And that means a near 7 point drop in California capital gains tax. In the double whammy effect, the tech drop also lowers pension gains which must be made up by municipal governments. Then add in the 6% COLAs, and we can see the three branches erasing the government's surplus in the first few months of 2022.

This is the boom bust effect in California. The bullwhip runs through the public sector system in California.

Bad days in the stock markets

Buy the dippers were absent and a shit load of sellers made a dash for government bonds. A 1.8% yield on ten year treasuries were good enough for many.

Oil was at 87 and that will show up in gas prices  for consumers.  High oil prices drive up transportation costs everywhere. The higher oil prices are good for oil exports but bad for goods imports.

Bernanke turned the Fed into a taxation service to bail out California

The Federal Reserve Is A Money-Making Enterprise

We pay about 100 billion a year in illegal tax collection from the Fed to bailout the blue states.  This was strictly Bernanke, it continues today. The plot, dastardly, is why we have wiped out the fiat banking network and are stuck with supply chain disaster.

We are screwed, and the main cause was the Fed having no clue that the government sector is a broken supply chain. Our ongoing Shay's Rebellion is well justified and should continue until the pitchforks reach the Eccles Building.

Biden and Trump agree. Voting is useless

CNN Scrambles To Explain Away Joe Biden Saying 2022 Midterms Could Be "Illegitimate"

In California the only time to vote is when the delusionals have a tax increase on the ballot. We need a system where voters can declare their opposition to any tax increase and their vote is automatically registered.

More likely Putin got stuck with a massive covid wave among his troops.

White House: Russia prepping pretext for Ukraine invasion

I suspect his followers in the Kremlin are getting a bit antsy about the whole mess.

Putin plays the same inane games the west does. The Kremlin just as delusional as the Swamp. His costs/benefits are not worth it, he is better watching the central Asian republics and trading with China.

Putin has a lot of sway on what NATO does or does not do through existing diplomacy, much more sway then a bunch of old, covid ridden, cold soldiers. He has much better cards to play in the middle east. He has a major energy consumer in China. Hi military sales are doing OK. He cannot see forest from the trees and someone at the Kremlin should point him to much better moves.

Russia is not our adversary

Yet Republicans have seized on the atmosphere of the meetings to attack Biden as weak on the world stage, a key theme in their 2022 midterm election strategy.

“President Biden’s consistent weakness towards our adversaries around the world has encouraged Putin’s latest military aggression and has endangered the territory of Ukraine,” Rep. Elise Stefanik (N.Y.), the third-ranking Republican in the House, said in a statement Monday.

Stefanik, along with nine other House Republicans, introduced legislation Monday aimed at increasing U.S. support for Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression, though it also served as an attack on the Biden administration’s strategy.

One provision of the draft legislation, called the Guaranteeing Ukrainian Autonomy by Reinforcing its Defense Act, aims to override Biden’s sanctions waiver related to the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline that runs from Russia to Germany, a key area of conflict between Republicans and the administration that has tacit backing from congressional Democrats, who also opposed waiving sanctions on the pipeline.

Russia has not directly threatened America's interests. They are basically allies in the middle east, and there was no American consensus for regime change in Syria,  Ruskie competes with us on oil and gas exports. They are media influencers and hackers, but so are we. Who said that a bunch of badly educated repub senators select our adversaries.
