Jeff Sessions, Commie Rat

So, explain to me why Jeff Sessions is intruding his empty head into states rights

  Is this guy simply an idiot. or a natural CommieRat.  This is a states right issue.  The people who object tend to be welfare bums in the Swamp, like Jeff Sessions.  Do they just grow stupid in Alabama?  Maybe he is doing the Sotomayor make shit up?

The National Governors Association Economic Development & Commerce Committee sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions this week explaining that the group is “concerned with legislative or administrative actions that would ban online Internet gaming and Internet lottery sales.”
The letter makes the case that the decision to legalize or prohibit internet gambling and internet lottery should be left up to the state, as it historically has been.“While individual governors have different views about offering gaming — in a variety of forms — within their own states,” the letter states, “we agree that decisions at the federal level that affect state regulatory authority should not be made unilaterally without state input.”The letter highlights the strong regulations and consumer protections that states with legal online gambling or lottery have enacted.

The problem is not that Republicans are libertarian, commies, conservatives, or plain liberals.  It is that they can't tell the difference, and they are essentially folks who want to be elected to get cookies.  Now Jess Sessions is a lawyer, and supposed to know the constitution and should be able to tell the Republican commies from the libertarians.  He cannot, he is simply too stupid to sort it all out, too stupid to fake it; the Sotomayor problem..
