The Swamp is desperate

President Trump endorsed a 25-cent gas tax hike to pay for infrastructure at a White House meeting this morning with senior administration officials and members of Congress from both parties, according to two sources with direct knowledge.

Whoa, think of California suddenly getting its fourth gas tax in one cycle.  Trumpster will turn us into an oil mining economy. 

This is Reagan style, get all blustery and hubris with the tax cut, then your aides tell you you frigged fierce. Now the Trumpster is stuck with a Reagan crash and cannot do squat about it.  The  Trumpster let loose the earmark swarmulators, can't get them back in the box, like a protocol with an accidental infinite path.

The pension funds can hold off their exit  until Trumpster drives up the ten year to 4%. I think congress folds before then. Congress couldn't  handle 2.5, that  is when shutdown happens.
