Advanced applications in a tracking link layer

For the VANET geeks, I summarize some advantages for a position and motion defined link address in the DSRC frames, replacing semi permanent MAC layer IDs.

Message forwarding is optimized at the link layer by position based ID.

Environmental traffic update. Continued updating of motion vectors. Discarding and testing laye signalslost signals.

Positioning
cycles/sec * sec/meter = 5 e9 * .3 e-8 = 1.5e1 = 15 cycles/meter, micro positioning accuracy. We can imagine the simple exchange of link layer messages with a standard latency node. Two exchanges over time or over different nodes.

Safety: Direct and frequent collision detect.

Power adjustment: Direct optimization from link layer, increases aggregate bandwidth.
Anonymity; All information about nodes is temporary, position and motion.
Security: Industry standard tamper proof installation with secret registration codes.
Standard BlackBox rule set.
Phased array antennas support. Phase tracking directly calculated from link layer.
