But the data that Lee released tells a different story: Obamacare, in fact, will increase individual-market premiums in California by as much as 146 percent.One has to read the article at Forbes. My point, Obamacare is going to be a deep multiplier less than one in California. Mainly because by necessity, California is becoming our specialized Obamacare state, and the other states who send their patients to us seldom pay their bills.
