I am a small landlord arou d here, and I have the same problem. Homeless people are often homeless because they have not yet gotten the connection in the title of this post. It is real, everywhere. If you are nearly homeless, a little knowledge of electriit and home maintenance makes the difference between life and death.
About 40 homeless people result in this closed because they all failed a single simple test, they failed to understand the wattage requirements of electric heaters.
