Translation, Blacks cannot fillout a form

Texas’s Republican majority legislature passed one of the strictest voter ID laws in the country in 2011 that mandated voters to show a driver’s license, passport or other government-issued photo ID prior to casting a ballot. The Obama administration Justice Department managed to block the law in 2013 after the department sued the state. A federal appeals court later ruled in 2016 the law discriminated against minorities without IDs and the legislation needed to be loosened.

This is plain and simple slander against Blacks and the liberals know it.  

Blacks do not have a voodoo fear of cameras, Blacks can usually fill out a form.  

Blacks should be outraged and demand every voter have a photo ID. Where is the NAACP? Is the NAACP going to sit around while white liberals accuse  colored folks of stupidity? Think about it. Obama says we cannot have digital photos because Blacks are unique idiots.

I went through  the numbers. The  black and white turnout  might vary by 3% and 1,5% for each group, after eliminating those who avoid voting for other reasons.  But if the NAACP spent the same effort  bitching at blacks to simply vote, they will do just as well.  They do not need to carry around this horrible stereotype that blacks are idiots.
