The state Assembly approves a bill barring state and local law enforcement officers, absent a court order, from helping federal drug agents in arresting people who are using or selling marijuana in compliance with state laws.Then he should be tarred and feathered, sent back to Alabama to become yet another hick lawyer. SNL had it right, the guy is none too bright.
