We all knew the moment was arriving. But most of us misunderstood. Fetuses that are viable can become wards of the state. That is the law.
Good, bad, the devil, the ghosts cannot change this fact, technology is arriving to give real meaning to viable. Too soon, too slow, I dunno, but this was where it was all going anyway.
