The Supremes were pretty ignorant abut their interpretation.
Eventually an Alabama county is handed a live fetus in an aquarium. At that point, the Alabama county is frigged with a million dollar cost.
This is not a smart set of justices, and they have a very poor understanding of constitutional rights.
