They did something in the recent list o make shared libraries go missing. Why they need shared livbraries for the gcc is beyond me, but there is no way to find out what is going on since only god knows what other tools and libraries are missing.
You really can't put a Posix environment on Windows, Bill Gates permanently crewed the system up.
