Ventura County could be hit hard if Defense Secretary Leon Panetta's plan for military base closures goes through and the bases at Port Hueneme and Pt. Mugu get hit, but Sen. Tony Strickland (R-Moorpark) is taking steps to avoid that possibility.
What exactly does this bozo want? California pays a premium in taxes for the military bases, they are a losing proposition. Republican socialist, easy to spot they are generally found in government halls looking for goodies regardless of who pays.
