DoJ bureaucrat redefines Constitution

Boston Globe on the travel ban:

“In this particular instance, particularly where we were talking about a fundamental issue of religious freedom — not the interpretation of some arcane statute, but religious freedom — it was appropriate for us to look at the intent behind the president’s actions, and his intents were laid out in his statements,” she said.

First, this is Sotomayor's job,make shit up and destroy the judiciary and Constitution.  I do not mind that Sotomayr pushes toward dis-establishment of the union, we voted for her to fuck things up.  But SallyYates has no business defining a 'make shit up' judiciary.

Second, it was nit a religious ban, it was a ban on nations that habitually oppress religious minorities, like Christains.  A little firggen though and Sally  ight understand why these are Muslim countries, her allies in the middle east regularly  kill off Christians.
