My new invention, piston-electro conversion

It is really an arrangement of powerful linear solenoids run in reverse, driven by a mechanical rod having a primary coil. I have some details, the idea is drop the camshaft of the normal combustion engine, and the piston thrust down into a magnetic selenoid in vertical motions.

The neat part is total control of loading via power factor adjustment. Either tune a pick off point on the coil or use a sliding capacitor as the clutch. Thus the four cylinder engine always runs at constant speed with fuel mixture adjust for power. We also get full control of the upstrokes via magnetic induction on the rod windings. All around the best hybrid solution on the market, should I patent it? Isn't this drawing and the previous posts a public claim on the technology?
