More scaredy pooh from federal agents

First we hear this
The White House has vowed to veto the short-term spending bill House Republicans voted on this afternoon that would provide a budgetary “safety net” while the parties work on a long-term deal.

Hours later the House passed the safety net bill anyway on a mostly party-line 247-181 vote. WA Times
Then I hear this:
The White House ratcheted up its warnings of the impact a government shutdown could have on the economy, saying a fight over cutting the budget could ultimately cost taxpayers money.WSJ
Dunno what these bozos think, but we have a internet robots that search out contradictory messages.  The White House seems to have calculated that the shutdown is cheaper than the House one week extension.  Obama could very well be right, so he should say that.  Instead, for no apparent purpose, he decides to fake schizophrenia.
