Is gonna lose some Yankee bureaucrats.

Thus we would expect stimulating growth to raise employment in DC at the expense of outlying regions?

This was what Mark was talking about months ago, a cut back would hurt. his little group of elites in DC!  I am glad he had us all in mind.

We have an experiment. I predict that by contracting central government, we will have less budget stress on local and state governemnts.
