The Fed's whole point was to trash the dollar a bit and rebalance trade. Oil will be rebalanced, so Ben is hurrying the process up by lowering the dollar exchange rate.
Finance, in speculating on oil futures, is really speculating on dollar exchange rate, which Ben is trying to push down. The bet is how high can Ben make oil prices before we see oil rebalance.
