Some advice for Ms Bachmann

The main argument against federal regulations are the one size does not fit all.  Economics tells us that local decisions about local circumstances are more accurate and more efficient.  Your campaign for president should be one of returning rights, responsibilities and money  back to localities; and shrinking the role of one size fits all DC.
