Continuous flow, plastic bag algae growth

Algae swamps in long plastic bags.  Seed in one end and diesel out the other.  Keep the filtered water pressure from out to in, then suck the good stuff from ten inch pipes at the shoreline.  How hard is this, really?  Boom times.
