Along with the Senate fix, we, US citizens, sell the federal government to the wealthy, they can have it. With intelligence (mainly web bots) we reorganize along the standard Ceridian regions. We will take the entitlements into regional government. We will take 1/3 of the debt. We take regional monetary power.
The wealthy will use their federal power to fund one thing, the US Medicorp military force, and with its reserve members, run America's emergency rooms and urgent clinics. Turn the medical profession into uniformed fascists, and generate the emergency room doctor six years out of high school. Medical fascism from the center, let's try a bit of Stalin.
