Not having a budget, Arkansas Sen. Mark Pryor said, “makes it harder to do things that we just need to do — there are people talking about an education bill, a highway bill — a lot of other things you just don’t know how much you have to spend.”
I won't hear from Diane until she, Mark and Reid confer and agree on relative pay-offs. This process is known as economies of scale, designed to insure Mark gets his small streams at a rapid rate, optimum for his small state. What is Diane bringing home? Probably another entitlement that Californians have to fund.
