Unemployment Makes IHOP-to-Red Lobster Target Higher Incomes
Bloomberg headline about restaurants getting appropriate economies of scale with a higher waged clientele. The cost of higher rate transactions at lower price levels is not sustainable in the new normal.
I am a transportation person, I want to drive down last mile delivery costs. When the job is done, good lobster, not transportation, is the constraint.
