Mark Perry is doing the shale oil, natural gas and tar sands promotions. Great, but for each stationary engine burning fossil fuel there is a ready profit from fertilizing algae.
If Montana has coal,then great, ship it down to Texas where huge coal machines make electricity and huge algae bags lie warming in the sun. Put the algae bags in the Chesapeake bay and clean it up.
Anywhere there is sun, space and concentrated nutrients, it is likely profitable to make algae fuel. So we need to see the algae bag work in environmental clean up first, raw production second.
