Software defined radio, markets and applicatiom

It is the marriage of the airwaves, the pc, and the web. Software modulations the signal,  all broadcast markets now available to individual users. Low power FM broadcast is here, it cannot be stopped. And soon, local  broadcast television, with a software change, and digital tv broadcasting is open to newcomers.
