No, the Russians did not plant a fake story that Boris Johnson was a tiny mini-me compared to the Trumpster.  

I have it on good source, and I was not paid, the reference was meant as a kind of sarcastic joke, something about being the right height to, you know, to help the Trumpster out in a moment of castration panic.
