I hear food keeps us from starving

I recall another two Phd idiots who studied food stamps and found that eating keeps us alive! The same way the shoe study on the relationship between buying shoes and having barefeet.

And so two Phds  did difficult research and found that doctors sometime cure disease

But the authors forget about the 30% of us who die from shoeless feet and starvation.  We go to the doctor, and the doctor says,'No need to eat, two idiot PHDs proved that all you need is a doctor visit" So patients go home and starve to death, go barefoot, or fail to re-produce.  Everything is fine, the population dies off and two more Phds will discover the possibility of death.
