OK, let's be conservative. Let's say 250 million smart cash devices as described in these posts. We can do this today with our tiny telephones. But the hardware wallet vendors have it nailed.

Take 250 million cash cards in the hands of developed country higher income residents.  They will be auto-trading something like 10,000 fiat dollars.  A volume of a couple of trillion.  Janet has less than a year to have a response.
