A vote to fund the government could come as soon as Tuesday.Or, better yet, sequester. If Congress wants central banking stable, then Congress has to get the interest charges under control. Sequester is necessary, but the crash may come anyway. We are at the end of the monetary cycle and a meeting of the elders is coming. Now is the time to think structured default.
