What is a service sector job?

A job the firm or household cannot execute productively in house, they hire it out.  Service jobs should always be lagging in productivity.  There is a liquidity cost for running a service sector market.  When home or firm is willing to pay that cost, then the productivity lag is inside the firm or home.
