If there is a secret that can assist hackers, then do not buy the machine.
One way to avoid hackers is to not use the internet to transmit official ballots. Duh! I mean, how stupid can Joe Biden be? He is the friggen president and here he tells us he has a secret method to hack our votes? The man is very badly advised.
We have no real alternatives, and perhaps the Swamp should be abandoned for the next six years, take a time out.
