If I had ruled on the NY church lawsuit I would have written

" I grant to the plaintiff on the grounds of Due Process which was deliberately avoided.

The state did separate church from state, it combined church with all other enterprises that were restricted without due process while pals of the state get a free pass. This is Due Process violation.

As for the plaintiff, you dumb ass, ghost and goblin nuts knew damn well this was Due Process case and this justice is not putting up with the clannish horse manure any more!" Not from the gun nuts, the Citizens Asses or any of those group, I will out the plot then rule according to written law.

And every time I suspect groups of my clanish justice colleagues go plotting I will critically note that in all my subsequent rulings. The Supremes have gone completely nuts, they are way off base.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) on Wednesday introduced legislation that would tie enhanced unemployment benefits to joblessness levels in each state, the most prominent effort yet to expand federal policies that kick in automatically during a recession.
Under the bill, the additional $600 a week that jobless workers have been receiving during this economic crisis would be phased out in stages in each state as its unemployment rate drops below 11 percent.

If you wonder why we have multipliers less than zero, this proposal is it. Schumer and the small state governors know perfectly well this is a revenge against small states. It is the large states that can manipulate unemployment, they control large public sector. Large states will have a continual wedge to maximize their take at the expense of small states.

This is why the small state governors need to band together and figure out how their senators can learn these scams. By the time the small state governors see this unfold, their senators are off lost on some shitty Godot philosophy to change the world.

This also goes back to Cuomo and the tax rebellion against mortgage deduction limits. Small state governors, get a friggen clue. You do not have the economies of scale, and unless you are compensated for these attacks, your economies will be extinct. Tom Cotton and Bernie Sanders types do not help your cause.

We can identify cause and effect

Look at the minor cycles in debt. The increments line up on Swamp regime change points. This is about as conclusive as one can get in connecting regular bailouts with lower growth.

This is a common law and part of the constitution. Having a Ghost and Goblin crowd declare the fetus to be law abiding is wrong. The fetus is not law abiding until it can live outside the womb, on its own. Until then, it is a criminal invading the woman's body.

This is right out of the Constitution, maybe not for the Ghost and Goblin psychotics, but they never really considered the Constitution in the first place.

Ramesh Ponnuru is plainly full of crap on distinguishing the Law. The fetus can be defended against, in the same we we can defend against a wild kid with a gun, or defend against a crazed criminal. Ramesh is pleading the position of the psychotics, and they are not in the Law..

Let me ask Ramesh. If the fetus has rights then why hasn''t the sate removed it from the woman's body and placed it in protective custody? The answer is screw you, Ramesh, get better writers, someone a bit less psychotic.
